Human resources are a strategic asset that plays a crucial role in determining an organization's success in achieving its stated goals. Human resources are not only viewed as a factor of production but also as the primary driver of all organizational activities. Employee performance reflects the level of achievement of an employee's work results in carrying out assigned tasks and responsibilities in accordance with the standards and targets established by the organization. High performance will positively impact organizational effectiveness, improve service quality, and contribute to public satisfaction, as well as optimally achieve organizational goals.
