Sebenarnya masih banyak aturan lain yang berhubungan dengan keselamatan kerja tetapi berjalannya pengawasan sesuai dengan aturan Peraturan Menteri Tenaga Kerja Republik Indonesia Nomor: Per.04/Men/1987 tentang Panitia Pembina Keselamatan Dan Kesehatan Kerja Serta Tata Cara Penujukan Ahli Keselamatan Kerja, maka mengenai pengawasan terhadap K3 lebih terbantu lagi. Adanya aturan ini dibuat agar hak dari warga negara dapat terpenuhi, seperti mendapatkan pekerjaan dan penghidupan yang layak sesuai amanat Pasal 27 ayat (2) UUD 1945. Selain itu, tujuan adanya pengawasan ini agar prusahaan tempat karyawan bekerja dapat memberikan hak-hak dari pekerja tersebut. Berdasarkan tujuan penelitian yang diangkat dalam tulisan ini yaitu: Pertama, Apakah yang menjadi faktor-faktor penyebab penyakit yang timbul akibat kerja. Kedua, Bagaimana bentuk pengawasan yang dilakukan oleh Dinas Tenaga Kerja Dan Transmigrasi dalam melakukan pengawasan terhadap perusahaan di Kepulauan Riau. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam tulisan ini adalah yuridis empiris, dengan menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif. Hasil penelitian adalah Pertama, faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penyakit akibat kerja antara lain: a. Faktor fisik, b. Faktor Kimia, c. Faktor Biologi, d. Faktor Ergonomi/Fisiologi, e. Faktor Psikologi. Kedua, Pengawasan yang dilakukan oleh Pemerintah Provinsi Kepulauan Riau Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi yaitu pelaksanaan pengawasan dilakukan oleh PPNS dengan cara melihat, menilai dan lainnya ke perusahaan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk Mengetahui (1) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kelengkapan data terhadap kepuasan konsumen.(2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh ketelitian terhadap kepuasan konsumen (3) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kecepatan terhadap kepuasan konsumen (4) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh Ketepatan waktu terhadap kepuasan konsumen (5) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kelengkapan data, ketelitian, Kecepatan, dan ketepatan waktu secara bersama – sama terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Metode yang penulis gunakan dalam penyusunan skripsi ini adalah dengan metode deskriptif analisis, yaitu metode penelitian dengan teknik wawancara, pengamatan, studi kepustakaan, dan sumber data. Sedangkan untuk menganalisis data yang diperoleh dilakukan perbandingan antara data yang ada di lapangan dengan data kepustakaan, kemudian dilakukan analisis untuk ditarik kesimpulan Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 8560 konsumen dengan menggunkan rumus slovin dihasilkan 99 sample. Hasil penelitian ini Karna t hitung (8.077) > t table 1.66071, maka Ho diterima dan H1 ditolak, artinya : koefisien regresi signifikan atau variabel Kelengkapan data (X1) mempengaruhi variabel Kepuasan konsumen (Y), Karna t hitung (5.841) > t table 1.66071, maka Ho diterima dan H1 ditolak, artinya : koefisien regresi signifikan atau variabel Ketelitian (X2) mempengaruhi variabel Kepuasan konsumen (Y), Karna t hitung (2.567) > t table 1.66071, maka Ho diterima dan H1 ditolak, artinya : koefisien regresi signifikan atau variabel Kecepatan (X3) mempengaruhi variabel Kepuasan konsumen (Y), Karna t hitung (9.320) > t table 1.66071, maka Ho diterima dan H1 ditolak, artinya : koefisien regresi signifikan atau variabel Ketepatan waktu (X4) mempengaruhi variabel Kepuasan konsumen (Y), Dan Uji anova menghasikan angka F sebesar 26.781 artinya F hitung (26.781)> F table (2.47) sehingga ho ditolak, artinya terjadi hubungan yang linear antara variabel dengan variabel Kelengkapan data (X1), Ketelitian (X2), Kecepatan (X3) dan Ketepatan waktu (X4) Kepuasan konsumen (Y)

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan ini yaitu untuk memberitahukan kepada Pelajar SMK AL Jabar Batam, pentingnya meningkatkan kualitas SDM, dalam menghadapi dunia kerja, dan tantangan apa saja yang dihadapi dalam dunia kerja, sehingga pelajar bisa lebih mengenal potensi diri yang dimiliki. Kegitan ini dilakukan hasil Kerjasama MOU dan MoA antara Universitas ibnu sina dengan Sekolah Al Jabar Bengkong kota Batam. Sehingga bentuk Implikasi dari hasil Kerjasama dituangkan dengan  kegitatan pengabdian, Alasannya lebih fokus kepada Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) hal ini yang sangat penting dikarenakan tinggi jumlah angka pencari kerja dikota batam, yang mana lulusan SMK/SMA yang paling dominan. Sehingga tidak dapat dipisahkan dari tujuan  meningkatkan SDM untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi, baik berupa Instansi Pemerintah, Akademik, perusahaan maupun industri. Semoga dengan pelaksanaan yang telah dilakukan bisa memberikan Semangat kepada para pelajar dalam menhadapi persaingan Global yang di hadapi setelah lulus dari sekolah. Juga kepada para guru-guru untuk dapat selalu meningkatkan Kulaitas SDM. Supaya para Guru dapat mengimplementasikan PEKA di pembelajaran.

Abstract

This study intends to examine the impact of brand image and customer satisfaction variables on Telkomsel Sim Card customers' customer loyalty (Y). Analysis is conducted using multiple linear regression. 60 participants made up the sample for this study, who were chosen from Telkomsel SIM Card users using a purposive sampling technique. The findings of this study suggest that brand image and customer satisfaction variables have an impact on customer loyalty at the same time. The findings of this study also demonstrate that customer happiness and brand image have a limited impact on customer loyalty. According to the adjusted R square analysis, brand image and customer happiness account for 60.1% of the relationship between customer loyalty and explanations, with other factors not included in the research model accounting for the remaining 39.9%.

Abstract

Islamic finance has experienced one of the greatest growth rates in the previous ten years, even outpacing traditional financial markets. The momentum created by the pandemic's end can be exploited to promote the strongest possible economic expansion. Even so, the absence of a supportive organizational climate is still felt, which naturally disturbs the climate that has already been established. Every head office employee can have opportunity to act well, perform well, and, of course, be more productive at work with a positive corporate climate. The purpose of this study is to ascertain how workplace culture affects workers' productivity. This study employs quantitative methods along with descriptive ones. A sample of 30 employees was used in this investigation. A questionnaire with four alternative answers and a Likert scale score selection form was issued to all employees as the primary method of data gathering. In the meanwhile, document analyses and interviews are merely supplementary methods of data collection. Validity and reliability tests are used to assess the instruments employed, and then overall valid and reliable data is created. Data processing procedures are used to test the data's overall quality. The correlation between organizational climate and productivity was found to be 36%, and this finding indicates that organizational climate influences 36% of productivity, with the other 36% influenced by factors not included in this study.

Abstract

Kinerja keuangan menjadi salah satu cara untuk melihat apakah sebuah perusahaan memiliki keuangan yangsehat atau tidak. Selain itu, prediksi pertumbuhan laba juga menjadi alat untuk melihat prospek keuntungan perusahaan di amsa depan, yang membantu dalam mengambil  keputusan investasi pada suatu perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh rasio keuangan Return On Equity terhadap pertumbuhan laba. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kuantitatif. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear sederhana. Regresi linear sederhana digunakan untuk menguji pengaruh satu variabel bebas (independen) terhadap variabel terikat (independen). Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kuantitatif yang berupa laporan keuangan dari seluruh Bank periode 2019-2021 yang listingnya terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan tidak ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara ROE terhadap pertumbuhan laba, sehingga dalam memprediksi pertumbuhan laba suatu perusahaan, diperlukan analisis rasio keuangan yang lain.
