Abstract

This research is a study using secondary data obtained from the official website of the Financial Services Authority (OJK). The data collected by the author starts from 2011 – September 2020. This study used the MRA (Moderated Regression Analysis) method. This study aims to determine whether there is a partial influence and how moderation forms on disbursed financing (PYD) on Islamic Banking Assets with Non-Performing Finance (NPF) as a moderating variable. The results of this study show that there is a partial influence of PYD variables on Islamic Banking Assets. This is evidenced by the acquisition of t count > t table (42,000 > 0.7111) and significant values of < α (0.000 < 0.05). Then the moderating variable in the form of Non-Performing Finance (NPF) can moderate the relationship between PYD and Islamic Banking Assets. This is evidenced by the acquisition of significance values in the third regression model (including interaction variables) obtained by 0.000 this significance value is smaller than α = 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05).

Urian the author to convey in general can be summarized as follows: In testing the hypothesis whether the variables education level influence on Work Productivity, then Because t arithmetic (6.010) t table (1.697), then Ho is rejected and H1 accepted, meaning; Significant regression coefficient or a variable effect on the education level Work Productivity, In testing the hypothesis variable Scholarship Award for Educational influence on Work Productivity, then Because t arithmetic (5.067) t table (1.697), then Ho is rejected and H1 accepted, meaning; Significant regression coefficients or variables affect the variable Scholarship Work Productivity, In testing the hypothesis whether variables affect the School Facilities Work Productivity, then Because t arithmetic (4.294) t table (1.697), then Ho is rejected and H1 accepted, meaning; Significant regression coefficient or a variable effect on the School Facilities Work Productivity variable, In testing the hypothesis whether the variable Level of Education, Scholarship and School Facilities simultaneously affect the Work Productivity. Anova gives the figure of 11,908 F count F table with a significance level of 2.93 (probability figure) of 0.05. F count F table then Ho is rejected and H1 accepted. Then the regression coefficient Level of Education, provision of scholarships Education and School Facility jointly significant effect on Work Productivity variables.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of competence, job satisfaction and work environment on the performance of employees at the office of the environmental services of the Batam government. This study with a population of 95 people with sampling according to the provisions if the population under 100 samples is the entire population, with variables namely: variable Competence (X1), Job Satisfaction (X2), and Work Environment (X3) and Employee Performance (Y) .               The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis which aims to determine the correlation between two variables, namely the independent variable and the depandent variable. Hypothesis testing is done by F Test and R2 Test (coefficient of determination). Analyzing data using the help of statistical data processing software, SPSS version 19.               The results show that this table shows the value of the Determination Coefficient which is used to determine the percentage of the dependent variable, in this case the Company Image which is calculated using the independent variables in the form of Competence (X1), Job Satisfaction (X2) and Work Environment ( X3) The Determination Coefficient is used to calculate the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable. The Determination Coefficient is calculated by squaring the correlation results, then multiplying by 100%. The figure of R Square is the number of squared correlations or 0.9662 of 0.932. This R Square number is the Determination Coefficient. The value of the coefficient of determination is 0.932 or equal to 0.932 x 100% = 93.20%. This value means 93.20% Employee performance that occurs can be measured using competency variables (X1), Job Satisfaction (X2) and Work Environment (X3). While the remaining 6.80% must be explained by other factors. Keywords: Competence, job satisfaction, work environment, Employee Performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of work stress, leadership style, and motivation on employee performance. The management of the organization must immediately look for and find out the reasons that cause decreased employee motivation. Based on observations, the results show that there are still employees who lack enthusiasm at work, work is sometimes sluggish, and do not respond well to the public when serving customers, it is suspected that this problem is due to a lack of employee motivation at work. The method used for sampling is the purposive sampling technique. The respondents used in this study were 100 employees who worked at state-owned banks in Batam. The results of this study indicate that the stress variable sometimes has no significant effect on employee performance. The leadership style variable partially has a significant effect on employee performance and the work discipline variable partially has a significant effect on employee performance. The variable ratio of work discipline, work stress, and leadership style is 66.5%, and the remaining 33.5 is influenced by other factors such as organizational culture, communication, etc. Based on the results of the F test, it can be interpreted that the variables of work discipline, work stress, and leadership style simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance.
