Abstract

This Community Service (PKM) initiative aims to enhance the competence of elementary school teachers in designing digital Project-Based Learning (PjBL) modules through a practical project-based approach, while also fostering student creativity within the context of 21st-century learning. Conducted at SDN Waru 1 and involving 28 teachers, the program utilized participatory and "learning-by-doing" approaches, comprising stages such as needs analysis, training, module development practice, implementation support, evaluation, and reflection with follow-up actions. The training covered PjBL concepts and syntax, digital module development, technology integration in instruction, and the design of assessments for student creativity. Teachers were trained to utilize various digital tools—such as Canva, Google Sites, Padlet, and other supporting applications—to create contextual and interactive PjBL modules. Program success was measured by comparing pre-test and post-test results, observing activity execution, and assessing the quality of the produced modules. The results indicate that practice-based training improved teachers' ability to translate PjBL concepts into actionable instructional designs. Teachers successfully created modules that were more structured, contextual, interactive, and student-centered by integrating activities such as exploration, product creation, collaboration, reflection, and creativity assessment. Module implementation also provided students with greater opportunities to develop ideas, solve problems, create work, collaborate, and engage in independent learning. This initiative demonstrates that strengthening teachers' digital pedagogical competence through training and mentoring is a crucial strategy for supporting PjBL implementation and fostering creativity-oriented learning in elementary schools. Program sustainability should be ensured through continued mentoring, the development of a digital module repository, the sharing of best practices among teachers, and periodic evaluation of implementation.
