The research informants included the head of the madrasah, the head of administration, administrative staff, teachers, and students. Data analysis was conducted using the Miles and Huberman model, which consists of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the head of administration played a crucial role in managing, coordinating, supervising, and evaluating the implementation of school administration, thereby improving the effectiveness and efficiency of administrative services. The implementation of administrative duties was carried out effectively through a clear division of responsibilities, efficient coordination, and the utilization of information technology in administrative management. The challenges encountered included limited human resources with information technology competencies, disruptions in digital-based administrative systems, and delays in document submission. Efforts to address these challenges were carried out through regular briefings, staff competency development and training, as well as continuous monitoring and evaluation.
