Abstract

Packaging elements are the main components in realizing the design concept of infant formula packaging. Currently, infant formula uses center-seal packaging, which is problematic because it cannot be resealed. Therefore, there is a need for packaging development for infant formula products. This research aims to determine packaging design elements with a "playful" and "modern" concept. The study employs the QTT1 method and fuzzy logic to analyse and evaluate design elements against the design concept. The results from the QTT1 method analysis are a combination of X1.3 (Paper), X2.6 (Tube Sachet), X3.4 (Spout), X4.3 (Minimalist), X5.2 (Natural), X6.1 (Photo), and X7.2 (Label/Sticker). The combination results from QTT1 are evaluated using fuzzy logic, resulting in a COM value of 3.8035, which is more dominant in modern and playful words.
