Employee performance is one of the important factors in supporting the quality of health services at Community Health Centers (Puskesmas). Problems related to attendance discipline and task completion indicate that employee performance still needs attention. This study aimed to determine the factors influencing employee performance at Garuda Community Health Center, Pekanbaru. This study used an observational analytical design with a cross-sectional approach and quantitative analysis. The population consisted of 54 employees, with a saturated sampling technique. The instrument used was a questionnaire, while data were analyzed using multiple linear regression, t-test, and F-test. The results showed that individual factors, leadership, team, system, and situational factors simultaneously had a significant effect on employee performance, with a significance value of <0.001. Partially, all factors also had a significant effect on employee performance. The descriptive analysis showed that individual factors received a very positive assessment, with 77.8% of respondents strongly agreeing and 22.2% agreeing. Team factors received 50% agreeing and 50% strongly agreeing. Meanwhile, some respondents disagreed with the leadership, system, and situational factors, at 1.9%, 7.4%, and 5.6%, respectively. Situational factors were the most dominant factor influencing employee performance. This study concludes that the individual, leadership, team, system, and situational factors have been implemented well, and all of these factors have a significant effect on employee performance. However, improvements are still needed in the leadership and system factors. The Puskesmas is advised to improve the quality of leadership and work systems while maintaining a conducive work environment to support the improvement of employee performance.
