<![CDATA[The low citizhenship dimensión among elementary scholl students, evident from their tendency to form groups base don shared and limited intercultural communication, has become a pressing issue amid the demands of the Merdeka Curiculum to streegthen the Graduate Profile, particulary its citizenship dimensión. This study aims to detemine the effectiviess of multicultural education in strengthening the citizenship dimensión in the Pancasila Education subject among fifth-grade students at SD. The study employed a uantitative approach using a experimental method with a Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design, involing 27 students from class V A as the experimental group and 27 students from class V B as the control group, detemined though purposive sampling. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability, then analyzed trough the Shapiro-Wilk normality test, Levene’s homogenity test, and Independent Samples t-Test hypotesis test using IBM SPP Statistic. The result showed that the mean posttest score of the experimental group (86.81) was higher tan that of the control group (80.93), with the experimental group’s N-gain value (0,45) also higher tan that of the control group (0,12). The Independent Samples t-test yielded a significance value of 0,002 (< 0,05), leading to the rejection of H0 and the acceptance of Ha, with a Cohen’s effect size of 0,91, categorized as large. It can be concluded that multicultural education is proven effective in strengthening students’ citizenship dimensión in the Pancasila Education subject, and is therefore recommended as a learning approach that teachers can consistently integrate to support achievment of the Graduate Profile. ABSTRAK Rendahnya dimensi kewargaan siswa sekolah dasar, yang tampak dari kecenderungan berkelompok berdasarkan kesamaan latar belakang dan minimnya komunikasi antarbudaya, menjadi masalah mendesak di tengah tantangan Kurikulum Merdeka untuk menguatkan Profil Lulusan, khususnya dimensi kewargaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas pendidikan multikultural dalam menguatkan dimensi kewargaan pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila siswa kelas V SD. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif jenis eksperimen dengan desain Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design, melibatkan 27 siswa kelas V A sebagai kelompok eksperimen dan 27 siswa kelas V B sebagai kelompok kontrol yang ditentukan melalui purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner skala Likert yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya, kemudian dianalisis melalui uji normalitas Shaphiro-wilk, uji homogenitas Levene, dan uji hipotesis Independent Samples Test dengan bantuan IBM SPP Statistics. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata skor posttest kelompok eksperimen (86,81) lebih tinggi dibandingkan kelompok kontrol (80,93), dengan nilai N-Gain kelompok eksperimen (0,45) juga lebih tinggi daripada kelompok kontrol (0,12). Hasil uji Independent Samples t-Test menunjukkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,002 (< 0,05), sehingga H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima, dengan effect size Cohen’s d sebesar 0,91 yang berkategori besar. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pendidikan multikultural terbukti efektif dalam menguatkan dimensi kewargaan siswa pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila, sehingga direkomendasikan sebagai salah satu pendekatan pembelajaran yang dapat diintegrasikan secara konsisten oleh guru dalam mendukung pencapaian Profil Lulusan.]]>
