Karang Taruna, as a village-level youth organization, holds a strategic role in encouraging young people's participation in social activities and village development. In practice, however, the organization still faces challenges such as limited understanding of practical administrative governance, formal correspondence procedures, and low proficiency in basic office software, all of which hinder effective document management and regional potential data collection. This community service program aims to strengthen the capacity of Karang Taruna administrators through organizational and administrative mentoring grounded in the principles of transparency and accountability. A participatory mentoring approach was applied, consisting of four stages: socialization, material delivery, administrative practice, and evaluation. The 4results show that administrators gained a stronger understanding of the importance of coordination among members, improved ability to use digital technology for archiving and correspondence, and practical skills in preparing organizational documents. A shift in mindset was also observed, from viewing administration merely as a record-keeping task to recognizing it as a key instrument for organizational sustainability. This activity is expected to encourage Karang Taruna to become a more orderly, independent organization capable of making a sustained contribution to the village community
