Abstract

Brotowali plant (Tinospora crispa L.) is a traditional Indonesian medicinal plant which has many benefits including for diabetes drugs. Diabetes mellitus (DM) is a metabolic abnormality caused by an increase in blood sugar levels. The purpose of this study was to determine the activity of α-amylase inhibitors of Brotowali (T. crispa L.) ethanol extract of plants. Extraction is done by maceration followed by evaporation. The extract obtained was tested for α-amylase inhibitor activity. The α-amylase inhibition test is based on the breakdown of starch substrates into maltose and glucose which is then determined by spectrophotometer after administration of DNS. Tests are carried out on controls and samples. As a substrate is 0.5% starch solution in 100 ml of sterile aquades. The reaction mixture was incubated 25 ° C for 10 minutes. The reaction is stopped by adding 2 ml of 3,5-dinitrosalicylic acid (DNS). All the mixed solutions are then heated to 100 ° C for 5 minutes and allowed to cool. The change in color of the solution is then measured for its absorbance at a wavelength of 540 nm. As a comparison used a control test that did not use extract samples. The results of α-amylase inhibitor activity test showed that ethanol extract with a concentration of 1000 μg / mL had the highest inhibitory activity value of 95.06% compared to extract concentration of 500 μg / mL, 250 μg / mL, 125 μg / mL and 62.5 μg / mL. The results of testing the effect of substrate concentration showed that 0.5% starch concentration had the highest inhibitory value of 9.52% compared to 2%, 1% and 0.25% concentrations

Abstract

AbstractTeachers need time and careful preparation in dealing with curriculum changes. The purpose of this study is to identify the challenges and barriers faced by teachers, especially early childhood teachers, in dealing with curriculum changes. This study used a systematic literature review method by reviewing various articles published in the last 10 years (2013-2023). To formulate the research objectives, the collected literature was analyzed. The selection process began with a search through google scholar which resulted in 60 literatures, then the selection was focused based on the number of sinta 2-5 and the result was 15 articles that were considered relevant. The results of this study are in accordance with the author's assumption at the beginning, which states that teachers have the ability to adapt to curriculum changes. However, the findings show that this adaptation requires time and readiness along with various factors that can affect it both internally and externally. This research makes an important contribution to the government in formulating new curriculum policies, taking into account the field realities as perceived by early childhood teachers. This research contributes to highlighting the role of teachers as curriculum developers, who function as facilitators in guiding children's learning towards achieving PAUD goals.Keywords: Early childhood teachers; change; curriculumAbstrakGuru membutuhkan waktu dan kesiapan yang matang dalam menghadapi perubahan kurikulum. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi berbagai tantangan dan hambatan yang dihadapi oleh guru, khususnya guru PAUD dalam menghadapi perubahan kurikulum. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode systematic literature review dengan mengkaji berbagai artikel-artikel yang dipublikasikan dalam 10 tahun terakhir (2013-2023). Untuk merumuskan tujuan penelitian dilakukan analisis terhadap literatur yang telah dikumpulkan. Proses seleksi dimulai dengan pencarian melalui google scholar yang menghasilkan 60 literatur, kemudian pemilihan difokuskan berdasarkan jumlah sinta 2-5 dan hasilnya adalah 15 artikel yang dianggap relevan. Hasil penelitian ini sesuai dengan asumsi pendapat penulis diawal, yang menyatakan bahwa guru memiliki kemampuan untuk beradaptasi dengan perubahan kurikulum. Namun, temuan menunjukan bahwa adaptasi ini membutuhkan waktu dan kesiapan seiring dengan berbagai faktor yang dapat mempengaruhinya baik dari segi internal maupun eksternal. Penelitian ini bekontribusi pada pemerintah dalam mengeluarkan kebijakan baru khususnya kebijakan kurikulum untuk mempertimbangkan bagaimana keadaan sebenarnya di lapangan yang dirasakan oleh guru-guru PAUD. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi yang penting bagi pemerintah dalam merumuskan kebijakan kurikulum baru, dengan memperhatikan realitas lapangan yang dipersepsikan oleh para guru PAUD. Penelitian ini turut berkontribusi dalam menyoroti peran guru sebagai pengembang kurikulum, yang berfungsi sebagai fasilitator dalam memandu anak-anak belajar menuju pencapaian tujuan PAUD.Kata kunci: Guru PAUD; perubahan; kurikulum

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian studi deskripsi kecerdasan sosial emosional anak. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 202 orang anak di 16 lembaga PAUD yang tersebar di 5 Kecamatan di Kota Bandung, Provinsi Jawa Barat. Analisis data dilakukan dengan cara mixed methods research design. Data yang dikumpulkan menggunakan instrumen observasi. Data dianalisis dengan membandingkan statistik deskriptif dan hasil data kuantitatif terhadap Kompetensi Inti (KI-2) Sikap Sosial yang tercantum pada Kurikulum 2013 PAUD, Permendikbud Nomor 146 Tahun 2014. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Gambaran tingkat perkembangan kecerdasan sosial emosional (meliputi Intra Personal Intelligence dan Inter Personal Intelligence) responden telah berkembang sesuai harapan, dan (2) Tingkat perkembangan kecerdasan sosial emosional anak usia 5-6 tahun di Lembaga PAUD di Kota Bandung pada tahun ajaran 2014/2015 telah sesuai dengan Kompetensi Inti Sikap Sosial dalam Kurikulum 2013 PAUD.

Abstract

This study explores the development of expressive language disorder in a five-year-old child from the perspective of a parent in Bandung Regency, Indonesia. Using a descriptive qualitative case study approach, the research follows the child’s developmental history from the prenatal period through the age of five. Data were collected through in-depth interviews conducted between January and April 2024, using version D of the Speech Participation and Activity Assessment of Children (SPAA-C) instrument. The analysis employed a descriptive analytical method, including data reduction, data presentation, triangulation, and conclusion drawing. Findings indicate that the child’s expressive language delay is influenced by a combination of prenatal, perinatal, and environmental factors. The child was born prematurely and spent the first 43 days in an incubator, resulting in limited sensory stimulation during a critical developmental window. Prenatal risk factors such as intrauterine growth restriction (IUGR), fetal distress, and severe preeclampsia (PEB) were also identified. Perinatal complications, including intestinal infection, further disrupted early feeding and sensory experiences. Environmental factors such as limited interaction during the COVID-19 pandemic, extended family misconceptions about developmental red flags, inconsistent nutritional intake, and maternal psychological stress contributed to delays in expressive language development. Despite these challenges, the child demonstrated strong receptive language skills, age-appropriate cognitive development, and positive social functioning. This research provides context-specific insights into how expressive language disorders manifest and are managed in a non-clinical, culturally embedded setting in Indonesia. The findings have practical implications for early childhood education (ECU), particularly in informing inclusive teaching strategies for children with expressive language delays. Future research is recommended to explore classroom-based intervention strategies and to extend analysis across broader populations, including variables such as genetics, gender, cognitive profiles, birth order, and socioeconomic status.

Abstract

This research was conducted because of the difference between PBB-P2 revenue and the realization target, as well as facts on the ground regarding the quality of service of officers with Taxpayer Compliance and was also supported by previous research, so this research is a confirmatory study. This study was conducted to find out how much influence the adjustment of the increase in NJOP every year and the quality of service of officers with Taxpayer Compliance for PBB-P2 in UPPRD Kemayoran District This study uses correlation and determination methods to see how much influence free variables and bound variables have. The population and samples in this study were taxpayers who were used as saturated samples, respondents were given statements using the Linkert scale. Based on the analysis of data carried out, it shows that between Variable X1 (Adjustment of NJOP Increase Every Year), Variable X2 (Quality of Officer Service and Variable Y (Taxpayer Compliance) has an influence so that the results of hypothesis testing that have been carried out in this study, concluded that the research hypothesis is "There is a positive and significant influence between" Adjustment of NJOP Increase Every Year and Quality of Service of Officers With Taxpayer Compliance For PBB-P2 in Kemayoran Subdistrict Area" although the influence is low, due to other factors that affect taxpayer compliance.
