Abstract

Curriculum implementation is the process of implementing learning plans designed to achieve specific educational goals. The success of curriculum implementation is influenced by various factors, both internal and external, which involve various parties such as teachers, students and educational management. This article aims to identify and discuss the main factors that influence curriculum implementation, including teacher competency, educational facilities, support from related parties, and government policies and regulations. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques through literature study. The results of the discussion show that the success of curriculum implementation depends on the synergy between these various factors.

Abstract

Bullying in elementary school is a serious problem that can affect a child's emotional and social development. Therefore, the role of parents and teachers is very important in preventing and dealing with bullying in the school environment. This article aims to identify the role of parents and teachers in preventing bullying and provide solutions that can be implemented in elementary schools. The methodology used is a literature study involving various sources related to bullying prevention. The discussion in this article will explore the importance of collaboration between parents, teachers and the community in creating a safe and supportive environment for children.
