<![CDATA[This study aims to describe and analyze educational financial management in improving educational quality at SMAN 1 Gunungsari, focusing on the planning, implementation, and reporting stages of school finance. Utilizing a qualitative approach with a descriptive method, data were gathered through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation studies involving key informants such as the principal, treasurer, school committee, and teachers. The data analysis technique followed the Miles and Huberman interactive model, which comprises data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results indicated that financial planning was collaboratively formulated through the School Activity and Budget Plan based on the priority data from the Education Report Card to support learning quality. Financial implementation was executed transparently and accountably by optimizing School Operational Assistance funds and committee contributions, despite minor challenges in the periodic fulfillment of laboratory supporting facilities. Meanwhile, financial reporting met formal administrative discipline and passed the reconciliation process by the Department of Education and Culture; however, the dissemination of digital-based information to parents still needs to be optimized.
