<![CDATA[ The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of price, location, and facilities on purchasing decisions at Pesona Winong Asri Housing. This study uses a descriptive research method with a quantitative approach. The population of this study consists of all consumers of Pesona Winong Asri Housing. Sampling was carried out using the pursuant sampling method, with a sample size of 69 respondents. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. The research instrument was a Likert scale with a score range of 1 to 5. Data analysis included classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. Data processing was carried out using SPSS version 26. The results of this study indicate that price has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions at Pesona Winong Asri Housing, evidenced by a significance value of 0.002. Location also has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, evidenced by a significance value of 0.042. Facilities, on the other hand, do not have a significant influence on purchasing decisions, evidenced by a significance value of 0.294. Price, location, and facilities have a significant influence on purchasing decisions at Pesona Winong Asri Housing. The significant influence of price, location, and amenities on purchasing decisions is demonstrated by a coefficient of determination (adjusted R-squared) of 50.9%. The remaining 49.1% is influenced by factors outside the research model not examined in this study.]]>
