Abstract

Health services are among the most needed services by the community. In Ngawi Regency, Indonesia, residents often struggle to access vital health service information. With the advancement of technology, such as web-based health service information systems, it becomes easier for the community to access information about health services. The design of a web-based health service information system aims to support the establishment of a pioneering teaching factory for the Health Information Management study program. This research employs the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) software development method using the prototype model. The stages of the system design and development include quick plan, modelling, quick design, construction of prototype, deployment, delivery and feedback, and communication. The research results indicate that the web-based health service information system can facilitate the Ngawi community and its surroundings in accessing health service information, registering online, conducting self-health checks, consulting with health personnel via a WhatsApp link available on the web, serving as a health promotion media, and enabling users or health personnel to utilize patient data stored in the system database as a learning support tool. Based on the research findings, the system significantly enhances community access to health services and streamlines health management processes for users.

Abstract

Latar belakang: Pencemaran laut akibat tumpahan minyak adalah masalah lingkungan yang serius, berdampak pada ekosistem laut dan masyarakat pesisir. Tumpahan minyak dapat berasal dari berbagai sumber dan mengandung zat beracun yang merusak organisme laut dan habitat serta berbagai ekosistem. Insiden tumpahan minyak di Teluk Balikpapan pada Maret-April 2018 menunjukkan dampak terhadap kesehatan manusia, meningkatkan kasus penyakit seperti demam dan hipertensi primer. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan dua parameter utama: parameter fisik dan parameter sosial. Parameter fisik melibatkan akuisisi data citra satelit Sentinel-1A melalui platform Google Earth Engine (GEE) untuk memetakan area terdampak tumpahan minyak. Parameter sosial mengacu pada data kesehatan dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Kota Balikpapan selama lima tahun sebelum dan setelah insiden tumpahan minyak, untuk mengidentifikasi perubahan prevalensi penyakit. Hasil: Analisis citra satelit menunjukkan bahwa luas area terdampak tumpahan minyak di Teluk Balikpapan mencapai 82.579 km² pada 1 April 2018, yang bertambah luas sejauh 26.896 km² pada 13 April 2018. Data kesehatan menunjukkan adanya perubahan prevalensi beberapa penyakit setelah insiden tumpahan minyak, namun tidak ditemukan korelasi langsung antara tumpahan minyak dan peningkatan kasus penyakit di masyarakat sekitar. Simpulan: Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa meskipun tumpahan minyak memiliki dampak lingkungan yang besar, pengaruh langsung terhadap kesehatan masyarakat pesisir tidak signifikan dalam jangka pendek. Diperlukan penelitian lebih lanjut untuk memahami dampak jangka panjang dan faktor-faktor lain yang mungkin berkontribusi terhadap kesehatan masyarakat. Implementasi strategi mitigasi dan kebijakan yang lebih baik sangat penting untuk menangani masalah pencemaran minyak di masa depan.

Abstract

PSDKU MIK Ngawi Regency was established since the enactment of Decree of the Minister of Education, Culture, Research and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia No. 161/D/OT/2023 dated 10 July 2023. Industry-based vocational education. Competency-based vocational education must be equipped with a teaching factory. Efforts are being made to support the achievement of PSDKU competency. MIK Ngawi plans to establish a teaching factory in the form of a health service facility/health clinic which is expected to become a practicum facility for MIK students.  Community service activities will be carried out in 4 stages, namely identification of needs, preparation stage, implementation of activities, monitoring and evaluation stages. Problem solutions offered to partners include socializing the requirements for establishing a clinic, preparing a management structure for clinical services, fulfilling basic clinical health service facilities, and preparing SOPs for using equipment. Socialization of the requirements for establishing a clinic was carried out through FGD with the Head of Health  Services, Ngawi Health Office. The results of the FGD include legal health services for an agency, at least in the form of a clinic, provided that the person in charge is a doctor who has a practice license and is supported by other health workers (nurses and midwives). The availability of health human resources at PSDKU MIK Ngawi includes nursing, midwifery and public health personnel, so there is a need for doctors to meet the requirements for establishing a clinic. After the clinic's organizational structure is formed, the next step is to register with DPMPTSP (Department of Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services) via online single submission (OSS). Suggestions for the need for medical personnel (doctors) to fulfill the requirements for establishing a clinic and fulfilling the clinic requirements documents refer to Minister of Health Regulation No. 14 of 2021 concerning Standards for Business Activities and Products in the Implementation of Risk-Based Business Licensing in the Health Sector.

Abstract

The management of diabetes mellitus (DM) includes diet management as an important  component  in  maintaining  blood  sugar  stability.  The  DASH  diet helps maintain electrolyte balance and cardiovascular health through calcium, potassium,  and  magnesium  intake.  Dietary  education  using  the  peer  group method  is  useful  for  sharing  experiences,  exchanging  information,  and providing and receiving emotional support.. This study aimed to determine the effect  of  DASH  diet  education  using  the  peer  group  method  on  the  eating patterns  of  Diabetes  Mellitus  (DM)  patients.  The  research  design  was  pre- experimental  with  a  one-group  pretest-posttest  approach.  The  study population consisted of 40 respondents, with a total sampling technique, and the data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test. After receiving DASH  diet  education,  most  patients  had  good  eating  patterns.  The  study results showed that DASH diet education using the peer group method had an effect on the eating patterns of Diabetes Mellitus patients. Based on the study findings,  it  was  expected  that  community  nurses  could  use  DASH  diet education interventions to improve blood sugar levels, lipid profiles, and blood pressure in diabetes mellitus patients.

Abstract

Introduction: Digital transformation has become a crucial component of health systems globally, including Indonesia, where health data integration is being implemented through the SATUSEHAT platform as part of the national health system transformation agenda. Objectives: This study aims to analyze the opportunities and challenges of health data integration in Kulon Progo based on 5M framework. Method: This qualitative descriptive study, conducted in Kulon Progo (February–March 2025), employed purposive sampling of 10 informants, with data collected through in-depth interviews and observations guided by structured protocols, to explore opportunities and challenges of health data integration based on the 5M framework. Result: The opportunities for implementing health data integration based on the 5M framework lie in budgeting, infrastructure fulfillment, policy, and technology, while the main challenge remains in the human resources aspect. Conclution: Health data integration in Kulon Progo has been gradually implemented, although challenges remain to be addressed, while there are also opportunities to enhance its implementation based on the 5M aspects.

Abstract

Abstrak Para pendidik seperti guru dan dosen di era digital ini dituntut menggunakan media yang inovatif untuk meningkatkan efektivitas proses belajar. Salah satu media di era digital ini salah satunya adalah videoinfografis yaitu media yang dapat menyajikan informasi berupa audiovisual yang interaktif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas penggunaan media belajar videoinfografis dalam meningkatkan pemahaman mahasiswa pada program studi manajemen informasi kesehatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain case control melibatkan 24 responden kelompok perlakuan yang diberi pembelajaran videoinfografis dan 24 mahasiswa kelompok kontrol yang belajar dengan metode konvensional. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner dengan pre-test dan post-test kemudian dilakukan analisis dengan uji statistik untuk mengukur peningkatan pemahaman dua kelompok mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kelompok yang menggunakan media videinfografis mengalami skor rata-rata post-test yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan kelompok kontrol. Uji statistik Mann Whitney-U menunjukkan perbedaan yang signifikan antara kedua kelompok dengan hasil (p<0,05) yang berarti videoinfografis terbukti efektif terhadap peningkatan pemahaman mahasiswa. Penggunaan videoinfografis terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar pada mahasiswa program studi manajemen informasi kesehatan. Penggunaan videoinfografis dalam pembelajaran disarankan digunakan oleh dosen untuk meningkatkan daya serap materi dan keterlibatan mahasiswa dalam proses belajar. Kata kunci: videoinfografis, pembelajaran digital, efektifitas media pembelajaran
