The development of information technology provides opportunities for culinary businesses to improve service efficiency and expand their marketing reach through digital-based systems. Rumah Makan Padang Roda Baru Ende still faces challenges in the ordering and transaction recording processes, which are carried out conventionally. In addition, the available transaction data has not been optimally utilized to identify customer purchasing patterns, resulting in menu package arrangements that are still carried out manually and difficulties for customers in determining suitable menu combinations. This study aims to implement the Apriori Algorithm in an e-commerce system as a menu package recommendation system at Rumah Makan Padang Roda Baru Ende. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D), while the system development uses the Waterfall method, which consists of analysis, design, coding, testing, and maintenance stages. Data were collected through observation, interviews, literature studies, and documentation. The Apriori Algorithm is used to analyze customer transaction data through frequent itemset generation, support and confidence calculations, and association rule generation to produce recommendations for menu combinations that are frequently purchased together. The developed system provides features for menu management, ordering, transactions, transaction data processing using the Apriori Algorithm, menu package recommendations, and reporting. System testing is conducted using the Black Box Testing method to ensure that each system function operates according to the requirements.
