Abstract

This study aims to design and build a web-based information system for selling women's accessories that makes it easier for customers to conduct online transactions and helps store managers manage product data, transactions, payments, shipping, and sales reports in an integrated manner. Arunika Store still runs a conventional sales process with manual recording, causing data recording errors, stock inaccuracies, and delays in presenting sales reports Arunika Store still runs a conventional sales process with manual recording, causing data recording errors, stock inaccuracies, and delays in presenting sales reports. The development method used is the Waterfall model, including requirements analysis, system design, coding, system testing, and maintenance. System design uses DFD, ERD, Flowchart, and user interface (UI/UX) design, built with PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL. Testing is carried out using Black Box Testing. The result is a web-based sales information system involving three main actors: admin, buyer, and store owner, providing features for product management, shopping cart, online ordering, payment confirmation and validation, shipping, and periodic sales reports. With this system, the sales process at Arunika Store becomes more efficient, accurate, and accessible anytime and anywhere
