The issue of household waste in Teba Jawa Village, Kedondong District, Pesawaran Regency, remains a serious challenge that has not been optimally addressed. Preliminary observations indicate that most residents still dispose of waste indiscriminately or burn it without sorting, resulting in the loss of potential economic value inherent in household waste. This situation is exacerbated by the absence of an organized, community-based waste management institution in the village. To address this issue, this community service initiative offers a solution comprising household waste management training and guidance on establishing a Waste Bank based on circular economy principles. The program is implemented in collaboration with the village government and the residents of Teba Jawa Village, targeting 50 participants. Training topics include the sorting of organic and inorganic waste, kitchen waste composting, processing of inorganic waste with market value, waste savings mechanisms, and the administrative and financial management of the waste bank. The implementation method involves community outreach, a two-day in-person training session (combining theory and hands-on practice), followed by one month of operational support for the waste bank. Evaluation is conducted through pre-tests, post-tests, and monitoring of waste bank activities. Expected outcomes include the establishment of an actively operating Waste Bank in Teba Jawa Village, increased supplementary family income from waste savings, a training module, and the publication of activity results. This program aims to boost supplementary household income for Teba Jawa Village residents through circular economy-based waste management while simultaneously fostering a clean, healthy, and sustainable village environment.
