Abstract

The website development ordering process at PT. Labani Media Nusantara is still carried out manually, which leads to problems in transaction recording accuracy, limited transparency of work status, and slow order data management. This research aims to build a web-based ordering application that automates the order submission, payment, status tracking, and transaction recording processes at the company. The system was developed using the Waterfall model, consisting of five stages: requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The application was built with Next.js and React for the interface, Tailwind CSS for styling, NextAuth.js for authentication, Firebase Firestore and Firebase Storage as the database and file storage services, and Midtrans as the payment gateway. On the customer side, the system provides registration and login pages, a dashboard, a multi-step ordering flow (package selection, website type selection, and requirement form submission), online payment, and real-time order status monitoring through Firestore listeners. On the admin side, the system provides an operational summary dashboard along with pages for managing order, client, project, and user data. Testing using the Black-Box Testing method showed that all implemented features functioned according to the functional requirements defined in the analysis stage. The results indicate a consistent alignment between the defined requirements and the implementation outcome, showing that the developed application can serve as a digitalization solution for the ordering process within the company's internal environment.
