Abstract

Early marriage remains an issue that requires attention because it can impact adolescents’ education, health, and social and psychological development. This activity aimed to provide education on the prevention of early marriage and to raise awareness among students at MTsS Nurul Munawarah Tumbang Lahung. The activity was conducted using community education methods, including interactive lectures, discussions, and question-and-answer sessions. The material presented covered the definition, contributing factors, risks, and impacts of early marriage, reproductive health, the importance of education, and readiness before marriage. The results of the activity showed that the students paid close attention to the material, and several students actively asked questions and contributed during the discussions. Support from teachers also helped ensure the activity ran smoothly. This educational initiative serves as a preventive measure to help adolescents better consider their education, personal readiness, health, and future before making decisions regarding marriage.
