Abstract

Academic administration processes at the Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Majalengka, currently rely on manual signatures, leading to bureaucratic inefficiency and vulnerability to physical document forgery. This research aims to develop a web-based Electronic Signature (E-Signature) system to ensure the authentication and integrity of digital academic documents. The research employs a Hybrid Method within a Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) framework, implementing the RSA algorithm and SHA-256 hashing into a QR Code medium. Results from security testing demonstrate that the system successfully detects any data manipulation within PDF files, while performance analysis confirms significant document processing time efficiency compared to conventional procedures. This study concludes that implementing a self-managed Internal Trusted Authority provides a security standard equivalent to external authorities for faculty-level requirements, transforming rigid manual bureaucracy into a real-time, accountable digital service. This implementation proves that integrating cryptographic technology at the university level effectively mitigates digital document legal risks without dependency on third-party certificate providers.

Abstract

Tourism ticket management in Majalengka Regency is still dominated by on-site cash payments, physical ticket inspection, and periodic manual recapitulation, causing transaction and visitor data to be dispersed across destinations. This study aims to develop a tourism e-ticketing website integrated with the Midtrans payment gateway, one-time QR code validation, role-based access control, and a centralized dashboard for monitoring local own-source revenue. The system was developed using Rapid Application Development through requirements planning, system design, development, black-box testing, deployment, and limited demonstration. Data were collected through interviews, observation, and literature review. The resulting prototype supports destination discovery, online booking and payment, automatic PDF e-ticket delivery, transaction management, ticket scanning, and revenue reporting. Black-box testing covered 36 test cases across administrator authentication, dashboard management, ticket validation, and public user modules, with all cases producing valid results. Deployment on a limited hosting environment confirmed that the main modules, database connection, and Midtrans sandbox webhook operated correctly. The prototype provides a centralized and traceable ticketing flow, but production implementation still requires broader destination trials, security assessment, load testing, offline sales integration, and advanced operational features.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of information technology forces local governments to transition from paper-based administration to create more responsive digital services. This research focuses on developing a digital platform for Tonjong, functioning as a centralized public information portal and a digital catalog for local Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Previously, information dissemination relied heavily on physical media and face-to-face interactions, which limited reach and caused informational delays. Furthermore, the area possesses 157 local MSMEs that lack adequate digital promotion. The system development adopts the Waterfall method, encompassing requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. System design utilized Unified Modeling Language (UML), while the implementation was executed using HTML, TailwindCSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL. To ensure data integrity, the platform integrates security protocols against CSRF, SQL Injection, and XSS. Testing was carried out using White Box Testing to validate program logic (Cyclomatic Complexity) and Black Box Testing for functional validation. The results demonstrate that the digital platform can effectively manage administrative information and promote 157 local MSMEs, thereby increasing public accessibility and driving local economic growth.

Abstract

This apprenticeship report discusses the manufacturing process of TS Valve Socket ½ Inch using an injection molding machine at PT. Pralon Karawang. The purpose of this report is to understand the production stages and the operation of injection molding machines in producing products that meet quality standards. The methods used include direct field observation, data collection from the production process, and literature studies related to injection molding and polymer materials. The production process consists of several stages, namely process planning, preparation of unplasticized Polyvinyl Chloride (uPVC) material, machine parameter setting, feeding, plasticizing, injection, cooling, ejection, trimming, and quality control. The observation results indicate that process parameters such as barrel temperature, injection pressure, and cooling time have a significant effect on the final product quality, particularly dimensional accuracy and surface finish. Furthermore, proper operation of the injection molding machine in accordance with standard operating procedures can improve production efficiency and reduce product defects. Therefore, it can be concluded that a well-controlled injection molding process supported by strict quality control is essential to produce TS Valve Socket ½ Inch products that comply with production standards at PT. Pralon Karawang.

Abstract

This internship report discusses in depth the process of making Bracket Holder Type 51 parts using a stamping press machine carried out at PT. Persada Selaras Indonesia. This bracket holder component has an important function in the automotive system, namely as a support and binder between vehicle parts to remain stable and safe during operation. In the production process through the stages of the planning process including the materials used by SPHC and the creation of working drawings, setting dies with a height of 45 mm upper dies and 40 mm lower dies so a total of 85 mm, shearing process with a force of 46.31 tons, blanking process with a force of 15.04 tons, piercing process with a force of 0.795 tons, bending process with a force of 1.089 tons and conducting quality control to ensure the product meets standards or not. In the operation of the machine, a machine inspection is carried out first to minimize errors such as workplace inspection, dies inspection, die holder inspection, equipment configuration, according to work instructions. After the engine inspection is carried out, the engine is operated with the following steps: raise the handle to the ON position, check the engine headlights, pump grease, place the key on the star power in the ON position, press the green button on the main motor star, activate the emergency button, select the operational mode (foot or hand). This report is expected to be a reference in the development of manufacturing processes in the automotive industry, especially in the use of stamping press technology to produce high-quality components.
