Tourism ticket management in Majalengka Regency is still dominated by on-site cash payments, physical ticket inspection, and periodic manual recapitulation, causing transaction and visitor data to be dispersed across destinations. This study aims to develop a tourism e-ticketing website integrated with the Midtrans payment gateway, one-time QR code validation, role-based access control, and a centralized dashboard for monitoring local own-source revenue. The system was developed using Rapid Application Development through requirements planning, system design, development, black-box testing, deployment, and limited demonstration. Data were collected through interviews, observation, and literature review. The resulting prototype supports destination discovery, online booking and payment, automatic PDF e-ticket delivery, transaction management, ticket scanning, and revenue reporting. Black-box testing covered 36 test cases across administrator authentication, dashboard management, ticket validation, and public user modules, with all cases producing valid results. Deployment on a limited hosting environment confirmed that the main modules, database connection, and Midtrans sandbox webhook operated correctly. The prototype provides a centralized and traceable ticketing flow, but production implementation still requires broader destination trials, security assessment, load testing, offline sales integration, and advanced operational features.
