Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh belum optimalnya hasil belajar siswa kelas V SDN Gugus Pangeran Cendono Kudus pada pelajaran IPA. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji keefektifan model Learning Cycle dan Inquiry dibandingkan Explicit Instruction terhadap hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas V SDN Gugus Pangeran Cendono Kudus. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen semu berdesain NonequivalentControl Group Design. Pengambilan sampel berteknik purposive sampling. Data analisis menggunakan uji t dengan rumus independent sample t test dengan taraf signifikasi 5% (0,05). Hasil penelitian menunjukan; (1) rata-rata nilai posttest kelas eksperimen I lebih besar dibandingkan kelas kontrol. Mean posttest kelas eksperimen I sebesar 80,864 dan mean posttest kelas kontrol sebesar 71,333.; (2) rata-rata nilai posttest kelas eksperimen II lebih besar dibandingkan kelas kontrol. Mean posttest kelas eksperimen II sebesar 76,129 dan mean posttest kelas kontrol sebesar 71,333.; dan (3) rata-rata nilai posttest kelas eksperimen I lebih besar dibandingkan kelas eksperimen II. Mean posttest kelas eksperimen I sebesar 80,864 dan mean posttest kelas eksperimen II sebesar 76,129. Simpulan model Learning Cycle lebih efektif diterapkan pada pembelajaran IPA siswa kelas V SDN Gugus Pangeran Cendono Kudus The background of the research was the result in science of achivement for fifth grade not yet optimum. The purpose of this research was to examine the effectiveness of model Learning Cycle and Inquiry in science teachingeducation on the education achievement for fifth grade of state elementary school Pangeran Cendono Kudus. This research used quasi experimental with nonequivalent control group design. The technical sampling is purposive sampling.Data analysis used the average difference test with a formula independent sample t test with significance level of 5% (0.05). The resultsof research showed that; (1) the first experimental class posttest mean higher than the control class. The first experimental class posttest mean is 80,864 and the control posttest mean is 71,333.; (2) the second experimental class posttest mean higher than the control class. The second experimental class posttest mean is 76,129 and the control class posttest mean is 71,333.; and (3) the first experimental class posttest mean higher than the second experimental class. The first experimental class posttest mean is 80,864 and the second experimental class posttest mean is 76,129. The conclusion of this research was Learning Cycle model more effective used for science teaching education in fifth grade of state elementary school Pangeran Cendono Kudus.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has made a huge impact on people's social life in all sectors. Social distancing policies have brought about a big change in people's lifestyles. Deteriorating economic conditions due to the pandemic have made it difficult for people, especially business actors, to make sales, fulfill obligations or pay debts, and have difficulty paying taxes. Taxes have a function as a tool to regulate society in the economic, social, and political fields to reach a certain goal. The government has implemented a package of economic policies such as fiscal, monetary, and financial services regulation as a measure to reduce the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. The provision of income tax incentives is one of the fiscal policies provided by the government to Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) actors is expected to cope with the impact of COVID-19. The provision of tax incentives to business actors is expected to create a multiplier effect so that public welfare is guaranteed. Therefore, the writing of this thesis will focus on the regulations of income tax incentives for MSME actors and their urgency in the national economic recovery.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap peran Musholla Langgar Menara Hijau dalam membentuk karakter Islami di Kecamatan Wonorejo, Pasuruan, melalui berbagai kegiatan keagamaan. Dalam konteks masyarakat Muslim, pendidikan karakter adalah aspek yang sangat penting, mencakup tidak hanya kecerdasan intelektual tetapi juga moralitas dan empati. Di tengah tantangan yang dihadirkan oleh globalisasi, musholla sebagai lembaga nonformal memiliki potensi yang besar dalam mendukung pendidikan karakter serta menghadapi ancaman terhadap nilai-nilai keislaman. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan wawancara dengan pengurus serta anggota jamaah. Temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan shalat berjamaah dan pengajian rutin memiliki peran yang signifikan dalam pengembangan karakter jamaah, melatih kedisiplinan, dan menanamkan nilai-nilai moral yang relevan, seperti kejujuran dan kesabaran. Selain itu, tadarus Al-Qur'an berperan penting dalam membantu jamaah menginternalisasi ajaran agama, sehingga membentuk individu yang berakhlak mulia. Keterlibatan generasi muda dalam kegiatan musholla tidak hanya memperkuat identitas keagamaan mereka, tetapi juga membantu mengembangkan kemampuan kepemimpinan. Musholla berfungsi sebagai ruang edukasi nonformal yang mendukung pengembangan karakter melalui program-program sosial, seperti bakti sosial yang memupuk rasa empati dan solidaritas di antara jamaah. Partisipasi perempuan dalam kegiatan musholla juga menunjukkan perubahan positif dalam dinamika sosial, yang mendukung kesetaraan gender dalam pendidikan Islam. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya dukungan terhadap aktivitas musholla sebagai lembaga pendidikan nonformal yang efektif dalam membentuk karakter Islami dan nilai-nilai sosial. Dengan adanya program-program yang terstruktur, musholla dapat meningkatkan dampak positifnya di masa mendatang. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Langgar Menara Hijau memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam mengembangkan karakter Islami di kalangan jamaah, khususnya generasi muda, yang tidak hanya mendidik individu secara spiritual tetapi juga mendorong kontribusi positif dalam masyarakat

Abstract

Planning is a core part of the management function to achieve certain goals. The Nurul Falah Taklim Council has a plan that forms the basis for improving its quality, so that the planning carried out at the taklim assembly can be directed, achieve goals, and can be accounted for, so that a planning concept is needed to guide and underlie every activity carried out. The purpose of this research is to find out how forecasting, goal setting, programming, scheduling and budgeting of the Taklim Nurul Falah Council are. The research method used is descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Based on the results of the research, it shows that the process of implementing planning carried out by the Nurul Falah Taklim Council in improving its quality includes: First, forecasting, namely forming management for a term of one term of one period of five years, and planning activity programs. Second, determining the main objectives of the taklim assembly with the hope of carrying it out and providing religious education to educate and form an Islamic society. Third, activity programming is divided into two based on long and short term. Fourth, scheduling weekly and annual activities. Fifth, the budgeting for the costs of the taklim assembly comes from the congregation's weekly infaq cash.
