Abstract

Work training and motivation are very useful for every employee and company, what's more, it will produce a good work ethic for each individual. The purpose of this study was to a) examine the effect of job training on work ethic during the Covid-19 pandemic at UPT Puskesmas Karanganyar, Karanganyar Regency. b) Testing the effect of motivation on work ethic during the Covid-19 Pandemic at UPT Puskesmas Karanganyar, Karanganyar Regency. The research method used in this study is through the distribution of questionnaires, the methods used in this study are validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests and multiple linear regression tests. The number of samples in this study was 57 employees of UPT Puskesmas Karanganyar. This study shows the results that job training has a positive effect on work ethic at UPT Puskemas Karanganyar, work motivation has a positive effect on work ethic at UPT Puskemas Karanganyar. Abstract

Stres kerja merupakan tekanan yang dialami seorang individu baik dari faktor organisasi maupun luar organisasi. Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi faktor - faktor yang menyebabkan stres kerja pada pekerja PT Golden Flower dan mengidentifikasi cara PT Golden Flower mengatasi stres kerja pada pekerja saat pandemi Covid-19. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu dengan mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara via telepone yang berjumlah lima orang karyawan. Standar pegawai menjadi beberapa kriteria yaitu karyawan yang memiliki masa kerja yang lebih dari satu tahun, karyawan yang mengalami stres kerja, dan narasumber yang dipilih merupakan karyawan PT Golden Flower. Hasil penemuan penelitian ini yaitu faktor – faktor stres kerja jika dilihat dari indikator lingkungan kerja para responden menyebutkan masalah ekonomi, persoalan keluarga dan karakteristik individu dan faktor – faktor stres kerja jika dilihat dari indikator individu para responden menyebutkan masalah ekonomi, persoalan keluarga dan karakteristik individu merupakan penyebab adanya stres. Penelitian ini juga menemukan cara mengatasi stres kerja dari peran individu yaitu peran orang terdekat, latihan fisik dan dan peran manajemen. Kata Kunci : Stres kerja, Faktor, Karyawan

Abstract

Effective communication is necessary at work, especially when it involves different cultures. To avoid cultural conflicts, parties involved in communication should realize the barriers hindering the communication process. This research explored and mapped the upward intercultural communication barriers within multinational companies in Indonesia and the factors contributing to those barriers. This qualitative research involves 16 employees from nine multinational companies as informants. In this research, the superiors and the subordinates are from different cultural backgrounds. The informants of this study were selected through a snowball approach, starting at several companies in an industrial area in Central Java. The informants were contacted and given several questions such as age, length of employment, and superior’s characteristics as a control variable. The next step was an interview of informants using open-ended interview guides. For triangulation, after all the interviews, FGDs were held two times, and last, for confirmation, the informants were asked to comment on or revise the data. The general barriers found in this research were semantics (in terms of language), physical (in terms of physical distance), and contextual (in terms of working system disapproval). The factors contributing to those barriers are stereotypes, perceptions, and educational backgrounds and experiences.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the extent of employee involvement in the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and its benefits for employees and the company. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The research sample used was as many as 5 people with data collection methods were interviews, observation and documentation. The results showed that employees of Yayasan Hasnur Centre Banjarmasin have different duties and responsibilities in implementing CSR, ranging from the process of designing programs that must be tailored to the needs of the community in certain areas, the process of socializing programs to the community to ensuring that programs really have an impact felt by the community. The role of these employees provides enormous benefits for each employee himself. The benefits felt by employees with their involvement in CSR programs are the provision of assistance according to employee needs, for example the provision of educational scholarships. Community recognition of assistance obtained from CSR activities in the region allows the company to continue to run its business activities without social pressure from refusal to do business in the region

Abstract

The aim of this research is to identify methods for developing human resources, efficiency and effectiveness, as well as the benefits obtained by employees and companies after training is held during the Covid-19 pandemic and the New Normal. This type of research is qualitative research using primary data, the researcher conducted a short interview with the head of HRD Matahari Department Store Magelang and distributed questionnaires to 20 respondents who were employees of Matahari Department Store Magelang. Data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model analysis technique. The results in this research show the methods of developing human resources on-the-job training and off-the-job training, the efficiency and effectiveness of training, and the benefits of training for employees and companies

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of business ethics of taxpayers on tax compliance by knowing the effect of taxpayer knowledge as a moderating variable in KPP Pratama Salatiga. The population of SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises) in Salatiga is 1,450 and the number of samples is 100 respondents obtained from the Slovin formula with an error tolerance of 1%. Respondent criteria based on gender, age, type of business, and income. Simple linear regression to show the influence of business ethics of taxpayers on tax compliance in Salatiga. Tax Office is to have a positive and significant effect. Regression moderation to show the results that the knowledge of taxpayers can moderate the influence of taxpayer’s business ethics on taxpayer compliance in the Salatiga Tax Office.

Abstract

This type of research is qualitative descriptive with the aim to see the picture and the factors affect the work discipline in CV. Perkasa Telkomselindo Salatiga. The sampling method used in this study is saturation sampling. The subject in this study was all sales force employees of CV. Perkasa Telkomselindo Salatiga which amounted to nine people. Data is obtained directly through in-depth interviews, field records as well as data analyzed using frequency distribution. From the results of data analysis, can be concluded that the view of sales force CV. Perkasa Telkomselindo Salatiga about the work discipline is the attitude of work in a timely manner. The importance of working discipline according to sales force employees is the working discipline is important to make professional employees, in addition to applying the work discipline of sales force employees by working on time and providing excellent service to Costumer. The barriers to the implementation of such work discipline are overtime when the working time has been completed, efforts made to overcome these obstacles by recruiting new employees to increase the number of employees. Related to the factors that are very relevant to the work discipline there are six factors namely the use of uniforms, placement of positions, skills, responsibilities, working time and level of attendance. Factors affecting working discipline are three factors, namely regulation, punishment, and working time utilization. The most significant factors affect the working discipline of the employee's behavior while working. There are two other factors that affect the work discipline of sales force CV. Perkasa Telkomselindo Salatiga, namely environmental factors caused by a poor relationship to the co-worker and a large factor of salary given that caused Overtime.

Abstract

Every country has its policy to make its health program for people’s welfare, including Indonesia. One of the Indonesian health programs is the Social Security Agency (BPJS). However, this research is focused specifically on the BPJS for employees and the company, which aims to be used for directing, evaluating, or improvingthe qualityof that BPJS.The type of this research is qualitative research that used primary data, where the researcher conducted indirect interviews in the form of open-ended questions to nine informants who are employees of the Yufendy and Partners Jakarta Jakarta company. The sampling technique used was a saturated sampling method, that formed as the level of satisfaction from using BPJS benefits and its determinants for Yufendy & Partners Jakarta company and its employees. The data then were analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results found that the employees and company weresatisfied with the benefits of BPJS. However, it is still required further evaluation of the BPJS facilities, such as the lodgment, medicines, and other free facilities. Meanwhile, the determinants for the level of satisfactionwith BPJS benefits are communication, competence, awareness, individual, psychological, organizational, environmental, speed, coverage, economics, and responsiveness.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali tingkat kepercayaan alumni Fakultas Ekonomika dan Bisnis Universitas Kristen Satya Wacana (FEB UKSW) terhadap institusi terkait sumber daya manusia (SDM) di Indonesia. Pendekatan kualitatif digunakan, memanfaatkan pengumpulan data primer melalui kuisioner yang didistribusikan melalui Google Form kepada alumni FEB UKSW yang lulus dalam 5 tahun terakhir, dikelompokkan menjadi tiga kelompok: mereka yang belum bekerja, mereka yang sudah bekerja di institusi, dan mereka yang telah menjadi manajer. Analisis data difokuskan pada kepercayaan berdasarkan identifikasi, pengetahuan, pengharagaan, pencegahan, dan penolakan. Hasilnya menunjukkan variasi tingkat kepercayaan alumni terhadap institusi SDM, dengan kepercayaan berbasis apresiasi dan berbasis pengetahuan menjadi fokus utama. Faktor-faktor seperti kemampuan, kedermawanan, dan kompetensi memengaruhi tingkat kepercayaan, sementara konsekuensi positif mencakup peningkatan kinerja karyawan dan kolaborasi yang efektif, dan konsekuensi negatif melibatkan penurunan kepuasan pelanggan dan ketidakpastian di tempat kerja. Studi ini memberikan wawasan tentang pentingnya kepercayaan dalam hubungan antara alumni dan institusi SDM, serta implikasinya terhadap kinerja organisasi.

Abstract

Adanya pandemi Covid-19 ini mengakibatkan industri perbankan di Indonesia harus melaksanakan pelatihan karyawan secara online. Penelitiaan ini bertujuan untuk merancang metode pelatihan dalam perbankan pada masa pandemi covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dan menggunakan data 2 responden di bank Syariah dan konvensional yang mengetahui pelatihan selama pandemi Covid-19. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah dalam kondisi pandemi Covid-19 ini, pelatihan karyawan harus tetap berjalan dan perusahaan dapat melakukan pelatihan secara online, baik untuk program internal maupun program eksternal dengan cara menggunakan metode pembelajaran daring menggunakan aplikasi zoom dan pelatihan melalui LMS (Learning management system) merupakan sistem yang efektif dan efisien serta kuesoner sebagai evaluasi pelatihan.
