Abstract

This community service program aimed to strengthen Shofi Cookies’ digital business capability through integrated implementation and training of Odoo ERP for social media, website/e-commerce, and sales. The activity was conducted in Rawamangun, East Jakarta, on 24 July 2026 through five stages: needs analysis, Odoo setup and configuration, hands-on workshop, usage assistance, and user evaluation. The learning scope covered Social Marketing, Website, Sales, Accounting, Inventory, and Manufacturing. Training demonstrated centralized social-media interaction, scheduled posting, responsive website editing, online ordering, sales-order flow, invoicing, stock visibility, and production support. The activity produced an Odoo-based e-commerce website and an integrated workflow connecting marketing, transactions, and operational records. Evaluation showed all responses across thirteen indicators were in the good or very good categories; eight indicators received 100% very good ratings, including overall satisfaction, material suitability, facilitator competence, interactivity, assistance, and overall activity satisfaction. The program therefore established an operational digital foundation and partner readiness, while long-term business impact requires follow-up measurement using sales, engagement, and operational indicators.
