<![CDATA[The postpartum period is an important phase in the breastfeeding process, but many mothers still do not understand the correct breastfeeding technique, which can cause problems such as nipple pain and ineffective breastfeeding. Health education using video media can help improve mothers' understanding because it provides audio-visual information. This activity aimed to determine the improvement of postpartum mothers' understanding of breastfeeding techniques after video education. The method used was a pre-experimental design with one group pretest–posttest. The activity was conducted in Mawar Ward, RSUD Kabupaten Temanggung, in March 2026 with 20 postpartum mothers using total sampling. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed descriptively by comparing pre-test and post-test results. The results showed that before education most respondents had poor knowledge (60.0%), and after education it increased to good knowledge (65.0%) with no respondents in the poor category. In conclusion, video-based education is effective in improving postpartum mothers' understanding of breastfeeding techniques and can support the success of exclusive breastfeeding.  Abstrak Masa nifas merupakan periode penting dalam proses menyusui, namun masih banyak ibu nifas yang belum memahami teknik menyusui yang benar sehingga berisiko mengalami masalah seperti puting lecet dan bayi menyusu tidak efektif. Edukasi kesehatan melalui media video dapat membantu meningkatkan pemahaman ibu karena menyajikan informasi secara audio-visual. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan pemahaman ibu nifas tentang teknik menyusui setelah diberikan edukasi melalui media video. Metode yang digunakan adalah Penyuluhan. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di Ruang Mawar RSUD Kabupaten Temanggung pada bulan Maret 2026. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis secara deskriptif dengan membandingkan hasil pre-test dan post-test. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa sebelum edukasi sebagian besar responden memiliki pengetahuan kurang (60,0%), dan setelah edukasi meningkat menjadi pengetahuan baik (65,0%) serta tidak terdapat responden dengan pengetahuan kurang. Simpulan menunjukkan bahwa edukasi melalui media video efektif meningkatkan pemahaman ibu nifas tentang teknik menyusui dan dapat mendukung keberhasilan pemberian ASI eksklusif.]]>
