Abstract

This research is performed in order to analyze capital structure of Islamicbanking by examining the effect of Return on Asset, Assets Structure,Current Ratio, and size to Debt Ratio in Southeast Asia during period 2012-2015. Sampling technique used is purposive sampling with criteria as follows(1) The Financial Statements are presented by Islamic Banking duringobservation period 2012-2015; (2) Having complete data which suitable forthe research; (3) Debt Ratio is positif; (4) Profitability is positif. The databased on financial report of each bank 2012-2015 and sample was acquired18 Islamic Banking. The statistic analysis that used in this research wasmultiple linear regression. The research result showed that the ROA havenegative and insignificance, Assets Structure and current ratio have negativesignificance, size have positif significance. Adjusted R square value as 0,601show that 60,1 percent variation of debt ratio can be explained by the variationof the four independent variables, while the remaining 39,9 percent isexplained by other factors.

Abstract

This study is a study of the application of the assessment of banking health level then adopted to measure the health level of Koperasi Jasa Keuangan Syariah (KJKS) for women in Central Java. The population in this study is all financial service cooperatives in Central Java in 2012-2014. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a sample of 5 KJKS for women. Data obtained through secondary data in the form of RAT reports and annual reports. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. The results of the analysis showed that the KJKS for Women in Central Java had a composite rating of 3 (PK-3), which means that each KJKS for Women in Central Java was healthy enough and able to deal with the negative effects of changes in business conditions and other external factors.

Abstract

Financial inclusion is currently a concern of the world and particularly the nation of Indonesia. Financial inclusion is expected to be able to provide access to financial services to the public. Banking financial services through lending can certainly support MSMEs in running their business. This investigation expects to examine the dimensions of financial inclusion, in particular the dimension of access and use, through indicators of demographic branch penetration, geographic ATM penetration, and Credit accounts per capita on the amount of MSME credit in Central Java. The sample in this research is using total sampling method. The sample used is 35 districts and cities in Central Java in 2011-2016. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis and classical assumption test. The outcomes showed that the demographic ATM penetration and credit accounts per capita had a significant positive effect on MSME credit, while the geographic branch penetration variable was not in accordance with the proposed hypothesis where geographic branch penetration had a negative and insignificant effect on MSME credit.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of shariah compliance status, and information asymmetry as a proxy for institutional ownership variables, and company size on excess demand in initial public offerings on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study uses 51 companies that conduct initial public offerings on the Indonesia Stock Exchange as research samples obtained through purposive sampling method. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method with secondary data. The analytical tool in this research is IBM SPSS version 28 using classical assumption detection in the form of normality detection, heteroscedasticity detection, autocorrelation detection, and multicollinearity detection. This study also used multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing using t test, F test and coefficient of determination test. The results of this study show that shariah compliant status does not affect excess demand in initial public offerings, while for institutional ownership variables positively and significantly affects excess demand in initial public offerings and company size negatively and significantly affects excess demand in initial public offerings on the Stock Exchange Indonesia.

Abstract

The umrah bureau sector in Indonesia has great business potential. The increasing number of umrah pilgrims are not accompanied by a level of literacy towards the credibility of the bureau. This raises problem in the form of umrah bureau business practices that are illegal. A lot of fraud cases has caused huge losses to the pilgrims as consumers. This study aims to reveal the factors that causes umrah bureau fraud and formulate anticipatory steps for bureau that indicated fake. The method used is narrative review by elaborating previous research, literature studies, and also supporting database of cases that validate. This research composed by 35 literatures synthesized. The characteristics of the umrah bureau which are indicated fake, including: 1) sloping prices accompanied by promos; 2) travel legality; and 3) ponzi business model. To anticipate, prospective pilgrims should not be tempted by the promos offered by bureau. Prospective pilgrims must also dig up information related to permits, track records and feedback, as well as transparency of facilities that will be provided by the bureau. Regulators must tighten supervision of the business climate through cooperation with associations of umrah organizers in the local area. That way, consumer protection for the umrah bureau will be more secure.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Based on the results of existing pre-research, it is known that the sales level at Angkringan Djoegjakarto experienced a drastic decline in April 2023 and there were fluctuations in the sales level in 2023. This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality, price, and social media marketing towards sales level in Angkringan Djoegjakarto. This study places Angkringan Djoegjakarto's social media followers as the research population, then sampling was carried out using purposive sampling. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents with the criteria of Angkringan Djoegjakarto consumers in Bogor Regency who are 17 (seventeen) years old, know and follow social media from Angkringan Djoegjakarto, and have bought and visited Angkringan Djoegjakarto at least 1 (one) time within the last 3 (three) months). The collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression methods and analyzed with SPSS software. The results of this study indicate that product quality has a significant positive effect on the purchase intention of Angkringan Djoegjakarto, price has a significant positive effect on the purchase intention of Angkringan Djoegjakarto, and social media marketing has a significant positive effect on the purchase intention of Angkringan Djoegjakarto

Abstract

ABSTRACT Caynilv is one of the creative economy entrepreneurs operating in the women's fashion industry. The aim of this study is to analyze the appropriate marketing strategy in facing competition by identifying the company's internal factors and external environmental factors that influence the company. This research adopts a qualitative descriptive method, as it seeks to collect existing facts and focuses on revealing a problem and the current situation as it is. Descriptive research only conducts analysis up to the descriptive level, which involves systematically analyzing and presenting facts to facilitate understanding and drawing conclusions. This study utilizes the SWOT analysis method and the BCG Matrix (Boston Consulting Group). SWOT analysis is employed to analyze strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threat, while the BCG Matrix is used to determine market growth rate and relative market share. The results of the SWOT analysis research, with an IFAS score of 3.02 and an EFAS score of 2.75, indicate that the position on the SWOT diagram is in quadrant 3, which represents a turnaround situation. The appropriate strategy in this case would be the WO (Weaknesses, Opportunities) strategy, which involves improving inadequate production capacity, expanding market share using relevant technological advancements such as e-commerce platforms like TikTok, enhancing underutilized marketing efforts, and diversifying product variations according to market demand. Based on the BCG Matrix analysis (1) the brand position of Caynilv and the product line of skirts, along with the defective product set, are located in the Stars quadrant. The common strategy utilized in this quadrant is to maintain the position, (2) the position of the shirt product is in the Question Marks quadrant. The common strategy employed in this quadrant is a growth strategy (build), (3) the position of the culottes product is in the Dogs quadrant. The common strategy used in this quadrant is a divestment/liquidation strategy.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The development of new technology and innovation in business practices causes competition for each company to become increasingly fierce. Alldays is a creative economy business operating in the beauty industry. This research aims to analyze and develop a conceptual model regarding marketing strategies using TikTok live streaming as a promotional medium to improve the performance of the Alldays beauty business as measured by the level of existence and income. In conducting this research, data was collected from the source that was the research object, namely Alldays. This research uses a qualitative research method with a case study approach. The type of case study used is Case Study Research because research is carried out on specific objects in real-life contexts contained in Alldays, which are temporary and specific. This research involves direct contact with the research object, namely Alldays, which means it is specific. The research results show that promotional activities using TikTok live streaming positively impact Alldays, especially in terms of brand awareness and e-trust. In line with this, promotional content via TikTok live streaming positively and significantly impacts purchase decisions. The marketing strategy using TikTok live streaming has positively and significantly impacted Alldays' business performance, especially in increasing existence and revenue. The continued increase in followers on social media and financial report records proves this. This research is expected to help develop the Alldays company marketing strategy and can become valuable literature for scientists.

Abstract

The need for cosmetics is not only for women, but men also use it a lot as part of their needs, not for beauty but for skin health care. The awareness of the Muslim community to pay attention to the halal ingredients contained in cosmetics is still low. Cosmetic products do not enter the body, but they can be related to sacred or unclean matters, if they contain haraam ingredients. This study aims to analyze the effect of independent variables, namely attitudes, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control, and religiosity on purchase intentions as dependent variables on Viva Cosmetics. This study used multiple linear regression analysis techniques using the SPSS Statistics 26 program. The population in this study were Viva Cosmetics consumers in Semarang who used the product within 6 months. The sample used was 100 people with a purposive sampling approach and the data collection method in this study was done through a questionnaire. The results of the analysis show that attitudes, subjective norms, perceptions of behavioral control, and religiosity have a positive effect on the intention to buy Viva Cosmetics.
