Abstract

            Employee performance is an important element in the organization. Like most other organizations, Human Resources Development Agency employess of Central Java Province also faces problems regarding the performance of its employees. Organizational culture issues that have not been fully implemented well and also monotonous working environment conditions that can affect the work motivation that will affect the performance.            This study aims to investigate the influence of organizational culture and work motivation to employee performance of Human Resources Development Agency employees of Central Java Province.            This study uses two independent variables, namely organizational culture and work motivation, as well as the dependent variable of employee performance. The sample in this research is 94 employees of Human Resources Develompent Agency employees of Central Java Province determined by using census method.            Based in multiple linier regression analysis, the result of this study indicate the variables of organizational culture and work motivation have a positive effect on employee performance. Adjusted r square value indicating that the independent variable can explain the dependent variabel of 37,9 % ,while the remaining is influenced by other variables not used in this study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah Analisis Yuridis Perlindungan Hukum Terhadap Anak Korban Tindak Pidana Pedofilia (Studi Di Wilayah Hukum Polres Deli Serdang). Studi ini bertujuan untuk mencari bagaimana modus operandi pelaku tindak pidana pedofilia anak di wilayah hukum Polres Deli Serdang; bagaimana upaya penanggulangan tindak pidana pedofilia anak di wilayah hukum Polres Deli Serdang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah jenis penelitian yuridis normatif dan yuridis empiris yang menggunakan data primer dan sekunder dan analisis data secara deskriftif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian terlihat bahwa modus operandi tindak pidana pedofilia terhadap anak di wilayah hukum Polres Deli Serdang yang digunakan oleh pelaku secara umum yaitu melakukan pemaksaan disertai dengan ancaman kekerasan, mengiming-imingi korban akan sesuatu atau hadiah atau janji-janji, kemudian melalui bujuk rayu ataupun tipu muslihat; dan upaya penanggulangan tindak pidana pedofilia terhadap anak di wilayah hukum Polres Deli Serdang dilakukan dengan tindakan preventif dan tindakan represif oleh para aparat penegak hukum berupa penjatuhan atau penerapan sanksi pidana kepada pelaku tindak pidana pedofilia anak yang dilakukan oleh pihak kepolisian, kejaksaan, pengadilan dan lembaga permasyarakatan. Upaya penanggulangan dilakukan juga oleh pemerintah dalam memberikan penyuluhan hukum dan upaya yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat dengan meningkatkan silaturahmi untuk menutup ruang gerak Pelaku tindak pidana pedofilia.

Abstract

Pemrosesan data yang semakin canggih, terutama dalam penyortiran, krusial dalam kehidupan modern. Komputasi paralel memungkinkan multitasking dan pengolahan data secara simultan. Core tunggal bekerja sendiri, cepat namun hanya menangani satu tugas sekaligus. Quad-Core, dengan 4 inti, memungkinkan kinerja lebih cepat dan multitasking yang baik, cocok untuk gaming. Python, bahasa pemrograman serbaguna, digunakan untuk berbagai pengembangan perangkat lunak dan analisis data. Penelitian membandingkan sorting single-core menggunakan Bubble Sort dengan multi-core sorting. Single-core memakan waktu lama karena tidak ada paralelisme. Multi-core membagi dataset ke inti yang berbeda untuk sorting, meningkatkan efisiensi, kinerja Bubble Sort, dan penggunaan CPU. Namun, penelitian ini terbatas pada laptop Quad-Core, Bubble Sort, dan bahasa pemrograman Python. Multicore penting untuk perkembangan perangkat keras dan lunak.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the influence of brand image and brand awareness on consumer purchasing decisions at the "Persiapan Masuk Universitas Impian" (PMUI) tutoring center in Depok. In the face of increasing competition in the tutoring industry, a deep understanding of how brand image and brand awareness influence consumer purchasing decisions is crucial. The research employed a quantitative approach involving 95 respondents. The study population consisted of all consumers who registered at PMUI Depok between November and December 2023, totaling 125 individuals, with a sample selected using probability sampling, specifically simple random sampling. Data were collected via an online questionnaire distributed through Google Forms and analyzed using multiple regression analysis with SPSS version 25. The results indicated that brand image and brand awareness have a significant impact on consumer purchasing decisions at PMUI Depok. A positive brand image, particularly related to the quality of instructors, enhances consumer confidence. However, diversification of learning programs is necessary to meet the needs of a larger number of consumers. Brand awareness, especially in terms of brand recognition, plays an important role, while brand recall needs to be strengthened through active promotion on social media and collaboration with influencers. Price is also a key consideration in purchasing decisions, so PMUI should offer competitive pricing or discount programs. Loyalty programs and reward schemes can further enhance consumer purchasing decisions. By strengthening brand image, brand awareness, and considering price factors, PMUI can improve its competitiveness and position in the market.
