Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of variables consisting of Return On Equity, Debt to Equity Ratio, Current Ratio, and privce to Book Value of the stock return of sharia in the companies belonging to the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) in the year 2007-2011. Sharia stocks are stocks in Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) are corporations stocks while are in operation not contradiction with Islamic Sharia, either on the product or its management. The grouping of Sharia stocks are in Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) in the Jakarta Stock Exchange. This research uses secondary data obtained from the financial statements of companies belonging to the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII). Sampling was done by purposive sampling method, the number of samples used by 14 companies. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression method. The results of this study indicate that the Return On Equity, Debt to Equity Ratio, Current Ratio and Price to Book Value simultaneously significant effect on stock returns. The results of the analysis of partial Return On Equity significant negative effect, while the Debt to Equity Ratio and Price to Book Value significant positive effect, the Current Ratio is not significant positive effect on stock returns. The results showed that 42.7% of variation variable stock returns can be explained by the variable Return On Equity, Debt to Equity Ratio, Current Ratio and Price to Book Value. While 57.3% stock return variable variation explained by other factors.

Abstract

The aims of this research were to obtain the students’ perception and the effect of an outdoor classical music toward the students’ in learning English. Aqualitative method was carried out by researcher in this research. The students’ at Rumah Bambu Pintar were taken as the sample of the research by used total population sampling. The instruments that used in collecting the data were observation, semi-structure interview and documentation. The results of the research shows that an outdoor classical music as alternative media in teaching English could help them in the learning process. There were four participants who suggested that it gave a comfortable impression in learning, and provided a different atmosphere in teaching and learning process. Besides, it also increased the spirit of learning and not easily makes students bored because it was rarely applied in schools.

Abstract

Akses air bersih merupakan hak dasar masyarakat dan indikator kualitas layanan publik. Di Kota Samarinda, PDAM Tirta Kencana memegang peran penting dalam distribusi air, namun masih menghadapi kendala seperti pemadaman tanpa pemberitahuan, tekanan air rendah, dan lambatnya respon terhadap pengaduan pelanggan. Masalah ini tidak hanya bersifat teknis, tetapi juga mencerminkan lemahnya sistem komunikasi publik yang responsif dan transparan. Dalam konteks ini, komunikasi layanan publik menjadi krusial untuk membangun kepercayaan dan meningkatkan kualitas interaksi antara institusi dan masyarakat.. Tujuan: Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisi kegiatan komunikasi informatif PDAM Tirta Kencana dalam menyelesaikan komplain masyarakat dan mengidentifikasi faktor penghambat dalam proses tersebut. Metode: Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, dengan memanfaatkan metode pengumpulan data seperti observasi dan wawancara mendalam dengan enam informan, serta dokumentasi. Analisis: Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode Miles dan Huberman, menghasilkan 60 kode, 12 subtema, dan 5 tema utama. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan PDAM telah memanfaatkan berbagai saluran komunikasi seperti call center, WhatsApp, dan media sosial. Namun, sistem pelacakan keluhan masih bersifat manual, respons sering terlambat, dan koordinasi internal kurang optimal. Teknologi informasi berperan penting dalam mempercepat komunikasi, tetapi belum dimaksimalkan secara terintegrasi. Kesimpulan: Komunikasi informatif yang responsif dan empatik mampu meningkatkan kepuasan serta kepercayaan publik terhadap pelayanan PDAM. Penelitian ini berkontribusi dalam memperluas pemahaman tentang pentingnya sistem komunikasi publik yang transparan, partisipatif, dan berbasis teknologi. Saran konkret yang diajukan antara lain: pengembangan sistem pelacakan keluhan digital, penyusunan dan implementasi SOP pelayanan yang terstruktur, pelatihan komunikasi bagi petugas, optimalisasi koordinasi antarunit, serta peningkatan keterlibatan pelanggan melalui forum atau survei kepuasan. Implementasi saran ini diharapkan dapat memperbaiki kualitas pelayanan dan membangun citra positif PDAM di mata masyarakat.
