Abstract

The research aims to determine the strategy used Pondok Pesantren Asy-Syamsiyah in overcoming the problems that exist, to determine the increase in knowledge management systems and skills of teachers Pondok Pesantren Asy-Syamsiyah, to determine the role of Ash-Syamsiyah boarding school in guidance santri. This study uses qualitative research. The data obtained in this research through direct observation of researchers examine and follow the activities at the Pondok Pesantren As-Syamsiyah Denpasar Bali, interview the researchers interviewed teachers, administrators, and students is in boarding school, from books to documents in the administration there in the office, photos and other documents. The study yielded that the competency of teachers is lacking with the lack of training and education boarding school teachers, teachers who lack formal education can affect the  management manage. In developing the potential of students, teachers provide training in accordance with the talents of students outside of active learning.

Abstract

Kesehatan mental merupakan bagian penting dari keseluruhan kesehatan yang harus dijaga. Hal yang dapat mengakibatkan rusaknya kesehatan mental adalah bullying. Bullying dialami oleh anak asuh dari Panti Asuhan Fajar 2 Klungkung, anak panti sering mendapatkan perundungan karena status sosialnya, yang berdampak pada kepercayaan diri dalam kegiatan sehari-hari. Berdasarkan masalah tersebut, diadakan kegiatan sosialisasi mental health dengan anak-anak panti sebagai peserta dengan tujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang pentingnya mental health dan bagaimana cara mengatasinya, khususnya untuk anak-anak yang mengalami kasus bullying. Kegiatan yang dilakukan adalah survei lokasi dan wawancara, pemberian materi tentang mental health, tanya jawab peserta dengan pemateri, penyerahan sembako, wawancara dan survei akhir untuk melihat perkembangan pemahaman peserta. Ketua yayasan dan pengurus panti memberikan apresiasi yang positif dengan mengatakan bahwa setelah dilakukannya sosialisasi ini, kepercayaan diri dari anak-anak panti mengalami peningkatan baik itu ketika berinteraksi dengan orang lain maupun ketika melakukan kegiatan sehari-hari, dibuktikan dengan hasil survei yaitu 90% peserta tidak lagi mengalami putus asa dan terjadi peningkatan pemahaman dari 41,33% menjadi 91,33%. Selain kegiatan sosialisasi, juga dilakukan kegiatan bakti sosial dengan menyerahkan pakaian, buku, dan juga makanan dari hasil donasi yang diberikan oleh para donatur.

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools are educational institutions that provide maximum and in-depth religious learning. Islamic boarding schools have their own uniqueness in fostering their students, namely the independent attitude of various parties including the government. Islamic boarding schools stand and develop from the community so that they have freedom in providing educational regulations and are not bound by standard government regulations. Islamic boarding schools have characteristics that do not change with the times and technology. Islamic boarding schools are one of the moral development institutions. Islamic boarding school education increases religious knowledge and moral formation and teaches the character of honesty to prepare students for a simple life with a heart that is clean from reprehensible traits. The role of the kiai in moral formation is very crucial among the different character backgrounds of the santri. The role of the kiai is through exemplary, habituation of discipline which is enforced as a rule in Islamic boarding schools. The focus of this research is to find out the concept of reciting the Ihya' Ulumuddin Book by Imam Al-Ghazali at the Assuniyah Kencong Jember Islamic Boarding School, the implementation of moral education values based on the thoughts of Imam Al-Ghazali in the Ihya' 'Ulumuddin book and the learning model for the Ihya' 'Ulumuddin book in Assuniyah Kencong Jember Islamic boarding school. This study uses a qualitative approach, emphasizing its analysis on the comparative inference process of the dynamics of the phenomena relationship using scientific logic. The result of this research is the recitation of the Ihya' book, the method used is the bandongan method and lectures from the kiyai. Activities carried out in Islamic boarding schools are activities related to religious activities, students are limited to the environment outside the Islamic boarding school. This research has conceptual findings with the NIAT model which stands for Nurut, Istiqomah, Actualization, Tawaduk.
