Active members of Generation Z who shop online were surveyed online in order to obtain this data. The research employs PLS-SEM utilizing the SmartPLS platform to examine variable interrelations. The findings indicate that buying activity significantly impacts future mobile commerce usage, with social influence and environmental awareness being crucial factors. These findings highlight the necessity of incorporating usability, social considerations, and sustainability into mobile commerce platforms to foster enduring client retention and loyalty within Generation Z.
