Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas rancang bangun simulator vibration energy harvesting (VEH) dengan metode electromagnetic, dimana sumber energi berasal dari gerak osilasi dari pegas. Pada simulator VEH tersebut, magnet sebagai beban pada pegas bergerak naik turun secara periodik didalam kumparan solenoida yang terbuat dari lilitan kawat tembaga. Pergerakan massa magnetik didalam kumparan solenoida tersebut dibantu oleh motor DC dengan kecepatan yang bervariasi. Berdasar pada massa magnetik yang bergerak osilatif dengan frekuensi tertentu, energi yang dapat di-harvest kemudian diukur dan dianalisa. Pada penelitian ini, diameter dan material kawat, jumlah lilitan, panjang kumparan, jenis dan ukuran magnet dibuat konstan, sedangkan kecepatan motor penggerak divariasikan yaitu: 300rpm, 350rpm dan 400rpm dan jumlah magnet divariaskan juga yaitu: 2 magnet, 4 magnet dan 6 magnet. Hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan, tegangan dan kuat arus yang dihasilkan oleh simulator VEH untuk variasi 2 magnet berturut-turut sesuai kecepatan putaran motor adalah: 6,62v, 1,27mA; 7,36v, 1,67mA; dan 8,58v, 2,18mA. Sedangkan tegangan dan kuat arus yang dihasilkan oleh simulator VEH untuk variasi 4 magnet berturut-turut sesuai kecepatan putaran motor adalah: 9,16v, 1,91mA; 10,84v, 2,42mA dan 12,82v, 2,83mA. Dan yang terakhir tegangan dan kuat arus yang dihasilkan oleh simulator VEH untuk variasi 6 magnet berturut-turut sesuai kecepatan putaran motor adalah: 13,50v, 3,13mA; 14,66v, 3,87mA dan 16,62v, 4,77mA. Abstract

Indonesia is a rich country in local wisdom, but it is starting to fade along with technological developments. pigeons racing on Madura island is an example of local wisdom that can be used as a source of new knowledge in understanding physics concepts in social life. Pigeon racing is a big competition that is held after the rice harvest season arrives. This research aims to analyze the physics concepts contained in pigeon racing. This research was conducted using a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. data collection was obtained by technically analyzing the data subjectively using interview, observation and literature study methods. Based on data analysis and literature studies, it was found that in pigeon racing, there are physics concepts related to motion and displacement. At a rapid rate, the calculation results show, that the speed of an object can increase uniformly or decrease uniformly. An object is said to be moving in a straight line and changing uniformly to accelerate if the object's speed increases uniformly. Meanwhile, an object is said to be moving in a straight line and changes evenly and is slowed down if the object's speed decreases uniformly. The change in speed per unit time is called acceleration. Then, The results of this research can be used as a contextual learning resource in high school physics subjects about motion.

Abstract

Tanaman Obat Keluarga (TOGA), also known as live medicinal plants, are plants planted in the home yard. Based on data from the 2022 Boyolali Regency Health Profile, the prevalence of sufferers of degenerative diseases such as hypertension in Boyolali Regency is 38.63% or 199,370 people. Meanwhile, the prevalence of diabetes mellitus (DM) was 2.2% or 18,325 people. This service is carried out with the aim of building and implementing community habits in consuming healthy drinks made from TOGA spices in order to prevent degenerative diseases in society. This activity takes place in several activity stages, namely 1) Preparation stage, 2) Implementation stage which consists of material socialization, product demonstrations, cooking practices and business materials, 3) Evaluation. It is hoped that the sustainability of this program can be carried out by utilizing home gardens as land for planting TOGA, so that the use of TOGA for health can be carried out sustainably and have an impact on the socio-economic aspects of the community.

Abstract

Automatic Dependent Surveillance Broadcast (ADS-B) is a surveillance technology used in air navigation. This technology can view information in the form of 24 bit ICAO aircraft addresses, ident or squawk, latitude, altitude, nationality, speed, longitude, track and heading. The current development problem can only be done with the Flight Radar24 web-based application, so it requires an internet connection to operate. To solve this problem, the necessary hardware is needed that can receive ADS-B signal with a frequency of 1090MHz and can translate it into information. The RTL-SDR R820T2 is a software-based hardware device that can receive a wide range of signals from 25 MHz - 1700MHz. To maximize signal reception, an additional omnidirectional antenna is capable of receiving signals from all directions. With this system, it is expected to make it easier to fly directly without an internet connection.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of stem pruning on chili pepper plants (Capsicum frutescens L.) on plant height growth, number of productive branches, and fruit weight. The study was conducted using an experimental method with a randomized block design (RBD) consisting of two treatments, namely without pruning (control) and stem tip pruning, each with 21 sample plants. Data analysis was performed using the non-parametric Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test. The results showed that stem pruning shortened the plants to an average of 69.14 cm, lower than the control at 132.91 cm, but was able to increase the number of productive branches to an average of 25.95 branches, much higher than the control at 5.86 branches. The average fruit weight of the treated plants was also greater, although not statistically significantly different.
