Abstract

Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimental yaitu dengan melakukan perancangan, pembuatan dan pengujian model sistem. Aplikasi penilaian persentasi mahasiswa ini bertujuan untuk membuat surat surat keputusan penugasan dosen pengajar dan membuat penomoran secara otomatis. Metode pngujian pada sistem ini menggunakan pengujian black box, yang berfokus pada persyaratan fungsional perangkat lunak untuk mengetahui apakah fungsi tersebut berfungsi sesuai dengan yang diharapkan atau tidak. Dari hasil pengujian black box, keseluruhan sistem dapat berfungsi dengan baik. Aplikasi yang dibangun dengan menerapkan OOP dapat menghemat waktu dan mudah dalam mendeteksi error. Aplikasi ini sangat membantu dalam pembuatan surat, serta mencegah penomoran yang sama pada surat.

Abstract

Sistem tenaga listrik secara umum terdiri dari unit-unit pembangkit yang terhubung dengan saluran untuk melayani beban. Sistem tenaga listrik yang memiliki banyak mesin biasanya menyalurkan daya kebeban melalui saluran interkoneksi. Tujuan utama dari sistem saluran interkoneksi adalah untuk menjaga kontinuitas dan ketersediaan tenaga listrik terhadap kebutuhan beban yang terus meningkat. Semakin berkembang sistem tenaga listrik dapat mengakibatkan lemahnya performasi sistem ketika mengalami gangguan. Salah satu efek gangguan adalah osilasi elektromagnetik yang jika tidak diredam dengan baik maka sistem akan terganggu dan dapat keluar dari area kestabilannya sehingga mengakibatkan pengaruh yang lebih buruk seperti pemadaman total (black out). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dampak stabilitas frekuensi yang ditimbulkan masuknya PLTB Sidrap 70 MW dalam Interkoneksi Sistem Kelistrikan Sulselbar menggunakan pemodelan simulasi komputer dengan metode Algoritma Genetika sehingga didapatkan suatu pomedelan tentang bagaimana mengatasi studi stabilitas sistem kelistrikan yang ada di Interkoneksi Sistem Kelistrikan Sulselbar.Kata Kunci: Analisis, Frekuensi, Algoritma Genetika

Abstract

Abstract. Significant changes in the world of work and rapid technological advances require vocational graduates to master 21st-century skills such as critical thinking, communication, collaboration, and creativity. The Independent Learning and Independent Campus (MBKM) program is a transformative innovation implemented across all vocational higher education institutions in Indonesia. This study aims to comprehensively analyze the differences in MBKM implementation in developing 21st-century skills across three strategic vocational disciplines: technology, health, and economics. The study method used was a systematic literature review of 30 recent journals and academic documents to examine the dynamics, strategies, challenges, and unique achievements of each field. The results show fundamental differences in the implementation of MBKM in each vocational study program based on curriculum characteristics, industry partnerships, and institutional responses to the unique needs of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era. Contextual recommendations are proposed to optimize the acceleration of 21st-century competencies in vocational education in Indonesia. Abstract

This study examines the influence of talent management on employee retention, combining employee engagement as a mediating variable and organizational culture as a moderation factor in the banking sector in Makassar, Indonesia. Based on the Resource-Based View (RBV) and Social Exchange Theory (SET), this study aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of how strategic human resource practices affect employee retention through psychological and contextual mechanisms. A quantitative research design was used, with data collected from 250 banking employees using a structured questionnaire. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to assess measurement and structural models, including the effects of mediation and moderation. These findings reveal that talent management has a significant positive effect on employee engagement and employee retention. Employee engagement also significantly affects employee retention and partially mediates the relationship between management and talent retention. In addition, organizational culture significantly moderates the relationship between talent management and employee engagement, as well as between employee engagement and employee retention, reinforcing this effect under supportive cultural conditions. The study contributes to the literature by integrating RBV and SET in a single framework and simultaneously testing the effects of mediation and moderation, which remained limited in previous studies. The results highlight the importance of aligning talent management practices with organizational culture to improve employee engagement and retention. In practical terms, the findings provide strategic insights for banking institutions to develop integrated human resources policies that drive sustainable employee retention in a competitive labor market.
