Abstract

Salah satu instrument yang dipandang sangat urgen dan dapat mengetuk rasa empati terhadap kehidupan bermasyarakat kita kepada sesama adalah adanya unsur wakaf.  wakaf dapat dimaksimalkan perannya, niscaya akan dapat menjadi alternative solusi masalah di tengah masyarakat. Wakaf dapat mengurangi kesenjangan antara kaya dan miskin. Wakaf dapat dipandang sebagai jembatan bagi kalangan bawah untuk dapat mengakses resources-resources perekonomian. Ia bersanding sejajar dengan instrumen zakat dalam meminimalisir angka kemiskinan dan pengangguran. wakaf merupakan salah satu amalan ibadah yang termasuk ke dalam amalan jariyah, yaitu amalan yang tak akan terputus nasab atas pahalanya sekalipun orang yang menyedekahkan telah meninggal dunia. Pada kenyataanya walaupun hingga saat ini aturan mengenai sistem perwakafan di Indonesia telah diciptakan, masih saja terdapat beberapa permasalahan mengenai perwakafan yang terjadi. Pengelolaan Wakaf Tunai di Indonesia telah diatur dalam UU No. 41 Tahun 2004 tentang Wakaf yang menyebutkan bahwa wakif dapat mewakafkan benda bergerak berupa uang melalui lembaga keuangan syariah yang ditunjuk oleh menteri. Dalam al-Qur‟an surat Al-Hajj (22): 77 Allah swt berfirman,”...dan berbuatlah kebaikan, agar kamu beruntung.” Dalam ayat ini Allah Swt memerintahkan agar manusia berbuat kebaikan supaya hidup manusia itu bahagia. Dalam ayat lain, al Baqarah (2): 267 Allah Swt berfirman,” ...wahai orang-orang yang beriman! Infakkanlah sebagian dari hasil usahamu yang baik-baik dan sebagian dari apa yang Kami keluarkan dari bumi untukkmu....” dari  hasil Kegiatan penyuluhan gerakan nasional wakaf tunai pada masyarakat Formadiahi menujukkan bahwa pengetahuan masyarakat terhadap wakaf uang adalah sebagian dari mereka menafsirkan wakaf uang merupakan wakaf yang modern dan sangat baik untuk dimanfaatkan untuk kemaslahatan umat. Kemudian mereka juga berpendapat wakaf uang adalah ibadah sunnah yang dikeluarkan ke masjid-masjid yang sedang dalam pembangunan atau dalam tahap renopasi. Hampir dari keseluruhan jawaban informan mereka berpendapat bahwa wakaf uang adalah wakaf yang sama dengan infak, dan sedekah. potensi wakaf uang di Kelurahan Foramadian Kecamatan Ternate Selatan Kota Ternate Kota Ternate cukup besar.Kata kunci: Gerakan, Nasional, Wakaf Tunai

Abstract

Open Journal System (OJS) is a web-based online journal management developed by PKP. OJS facilitates the management of online journal publishing ranging from the receipt of manuscripts from authors, distribution of manuscripts, examination of manuscripts, editing manuscripts to publishing journals. Articles that have been created will be sent through the Open Journal System (OJS). Open Jurnal System is open source software used to manage online scientific journals. Open Jurnal System (OJS) is a journal management application whose publication system is web-based developed by PKP. Based on this background, the practitioner wants to do the service in order to equip students in terms of writing articles to be published in accredited national journals and send through the open journal system. This training is carried out for the introduction of journals to students as a means of publication of their work if graduation requirements are imposed at the Faculty of Engineering, Khairun University. One of the main problems is related to the unavailability of facilities for students to publish their work or research on campus. The training for the introduction of the Open Journal System was carried out using the PROtek website of the Scientific Journal of Electrical Engineering owned by the Electrical Engineering Study Program of the Faculty of Engineering, Khairun University. Based on the results of the service, it can be concluded that final-level students can already write research articles in accordance with the standard of articles in accredited national journals, final-level students can already subsubmite articles in OJS 2-based journals. Abstract

SMK Negeri 2 Ternate merupakan salah satu sekolah menengah kejuruan di bidang Teknik yang terletak di Kota Ternate. SMK Negeri 2 Ternate mempunyai tujuan menghasilkan tamatan professional yang dapat mengisi kebutuhan tenaga menengah yang beriman, terampil, handal, berani berwiraswasta serta dapat berkembang sesuai dengan kemajuan IPTEK. Guru yang berkompeten di bidangnya dan fasilitas media pembelajaran yang memadai sangat diperlukan untuk menunjang proses belajar mengajar. Pembelajaran merupakan aktivitas yang paling utama dalam keseluruhan proses belajar. Keberhasilan pembelajaran akan tercapai disaat proses pembelajaran dapat berlangsung secara efektif, sehingga pada akhirnya kompetensi siswa dapat terpenuhi. Software simulasi  elektronik  yang dipakai  untuk  media  pembelajaran sudah  banyak  beredar  dan  dapat  dengan  mudah  kita download dari internet, salah satunya  adalah software simulasi  proteus. Software simulasi  elektronik proteus merupakan salah satu  media pembelajaran yang mempunyai  peranan penting   dalam   mensimulasikan   suatu   rangkaian   elektronik.   Siswa   bisa mencoba  membuat  suatu  rangkaian  dan  kemudian  mencobanya  tanpa  harus membuat  rangkaian  sesungguhnya.  Siswa  akan  banyak  mengetahui  simbol-simbol   elektronik,   sehingga   pengetahuan   akan   meningkat.   Siswa   dapat bereksperimen  dan  mengeksplorasi  ilmu  yang  telah  diberikan  oleh  guru dengan  membuat  rangkaian-rangkaian  baru  tanpa  takut  rangkaian  rusak  atau terbakar.   Siswa   dapat   merealisasikan   dengan   membuat   rangkaian   yang sebenarnya setelah rangkaian yang disimulasikan sudah bekerja dengan baik.Penggunaan software proteus yang didukung para pengajar yang professional diharapkan  siswa  akan  lebih  tertarik  dalam  belajar  tentang  komponen  dan rangkaian elektronika sehingga termotivasi untuk lebih tahu dan berprestasi.

Abstract

Theft of electricity is an activity that harms the country where PLN as a party that distributes electricity has unconsciously lost its main commodity without any reciprocity in the form of payments. To steal electricity is not as difficult as imagined by most people, only by attaching pln cables thieves can freely use electricity, especially if the thief knows the method used by PLN in detecting thieves will be careful in determining how much the shift in bills so as not to be sniffed. Violation of Class III P3 as many as 5 Pln Customer Customers Non-Customers get a Violation of Class IV P4 as much as 1 customer and follow-up bills given on violations of class P1 is a violation that affects the power limit fines given Rp. 59.400 violations of class P2 a violation that affects the energy limit fines given Rp. 2.372,020. violation of class P3 an offence that affects the power limit and is an offence affecting the energy limit the fine given Rp. 11.516,563.  PLN Non-customer customers get a violation of class IV P4 fines given to the customer group as much as Rp. 5.348,206.

Abstract

Optimal power flow by considering the non-smooth cost curve using the meta-heuristic algorithm method, namely particle swarm optimization (PSO) in the 150 kV Sulselrabar electrical system. In this study, the PSO algorithm was used to optimize optimal power flow so that the cheapest generation price was obtained with a non-smooth cost curve and still considered the limitations of similarity and inequality. In this study, the PSO algorithm was used to optimize optimal power flow so that the cheapest generation price was obtained with a non-smooth cost curve and still considered the limitations of similarity and inequality. From the results of generation optimization using the Particle Swarm method, it produces the cheapest generation costs from other methods, namely Rp. 93,498,916.1,- / hour to generate power of 270.14 MW with losses of 25.73 MW. The Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) method is able to reduce the cost of generating the Sulselrabar system by Rp. 34,382,857.58 / hour or 26.89%. From the results of generation optimization using the Ant Colony method, it resulted in a total generation cost of Rp. 94670335.98 / hour to generate power of 270,309 MW with losses of 25.91 MW. The Ant Colony method is able to reduce the cost of generating the Sulselrabar system by Rp. 33,211,437.70 / hour or 25.98%. From the results of generation optimization using the lagrange method, it resulted in a total generation cost of Rp. 117,121,631.08 / hour to generate power of 339.4 MW with losses of 25,016 MW. The lagrange method is able to reduce the cost of generating the Sulselrabar system by Rp. 10,760,142.60 / hour or 8.41%. The artificial intelligence method based on Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) can well perform optimization of Optimal Power Flow, from the results of the analysis obtained the cheapest generation cost compared to the comparison method, Lagrange Method and Ant Colony artificial intelligence method.

Abstract

Indonesia's rapid economic development and energy transition goals necessitate accurate long-term electricity demand forecasting to ensure supply security while optimizing infrastructure investments. This study addresses critical gaps in existing forecasting methodologies by developing a hybrid Grey Wolf Optimizer-Neural Network (GWO-NN) model specifically designed for emerging economy characteristics. While recent deep learning approaches (LSTM, CNN-LSTM) show promise for short-term forecasting, they often fail in long-term predictions due to limited adaptability to economic volatility and infrastructure constraints typical in developing nations. Our GWO-NN framework overcomes these limitations through intelligent hyperparameter optimization and multi-scenario modeling that captures Indonesia's unique socio-economic dynamics. The model incorporates 15 years of historical data (2010-2025) across seven key variables: GDP growth, population dynamics, temperature variations, industrial activity, urbanization rates, energy efficiency, and electrification progress. Rigorous validation against PLN's official projections reveals superior performance: Conservative scenario achieves exceptional 3.9% average absolute difference, Moderate scenario 19.0%, demonstrating significant improvement over traditional ARIMA models (35% error) and recent CNN-LSTM approaches (25% error). The 2034 demand projections range from 377.0 TWh (Conservative) to 546.1 TWh (Optimistic), providing policymakers with robust planning envelopes. This research contributes methodologically through hybrid metaheuristic optimization and practically through evidence-based planning support for Indonesia's renewable energy transition and carbon neutrality targets by 2060.
