Abstract

Limited number of expert and knowledge and terminology of coral reef that can not be applied generally to all types of coral, a difficulty in the identification of coral reef. This study aims to design and implement an expert system called the identification of coral reefsystem, which system is used to help faculty and students (non-experts) to perform the identification of coral reef that are found on coral reef in the waters of the island of Bali in an optimal deer and efficient in terms of time.This research is engineering a software system, which uses the stages of the procedure the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Stages of the SDLC procedure used consists of (1) phase of data collection by using the method of library research, observation and interviews, (2) requirements analysis phase of software that uses the method of certainty factor, (3) stages of design or software design, (4) stages of development of implementation of software, and (5) stages of testing.By using the PHP programming language which is a web-based expert system isexpected to identify coral reef can be used by multiple user without the limitations of space and time.Key words: coral reef, certainty factor

Abstract

Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) Sari Tunjung Mekar yang terletak di Desa Cempaga Kecamatan Banjar Kabupaten Buleleng Provinsi Bali merupakan UMKM yang bergerak dibidang pangan tradisional dengan berbagai produk yang dihasilkan, seperti: (1) Jajanan Cakar Ayam, (2) Keripik Talas dan (3) Keripik Singkong. Permasalahan mitra adalah pemasaran produk terbatas area lokal, alat produksi kurang memadai dan belum memiliki Surat Izin Usaha Mikro dan Kecil. Metode pelaksanaan difokuskan ke tiga aspek prosedur kerja, yaitu: manajemen bidang pemasaran, manajemen bidang produksi dan manajemen bidang hukum. Masing – masing prosedur kerja terdiri dari perencanaan dimana dalam kegiatan perencanaan adanya sosialisasi kegiatan, koordinasi tim dan mitra, penentuan waktu kegiatan dan pengumpulan data terkait. Selanjutnya kegiatan inti dilakukan pelatihan dan pendampingan serta diakhiri dengan evaluasi kegiatan. Hasilnya, penguatan bidang pemasaran mitra melakukan pemasaran produk pangan tradisional menggunakan media pemasaran online dengan aplikasi e-commerce “Toko Pangan” sehingga radius pemasaran menjadi lebih luas yang berbanding lurus dengan peningkatan omset penjualan setelah dilaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian ini. Penguatan bidang produksi, mitra diberikan peralatan produksi yang lebih modern sehingga kapasitas produksi meningkat, dan literasi hukum yang diberikan mitra dapat memahami hukum tentang transaksi elektronik dan ijin usaha serta mitra memiliki Surat Izin Usaha Mikro dan Kecil sehingga mendapatkan kepastian hukum dan sarana pemberdayaan untuk pengembangan usaha.

Abstract

SIPENA is an employee attendance application regularly used by employees at the University of Udayana since the beginning of 2022. As a newly operational application, the quality of user experience becomes crucial in ensuring maximum adoption and acceptance from users. The use of the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) method is a relevant and effective approach, as UEQ can provide comprehensive measurement results of user experience with six scales, including: (1) attractiveness, (2) perspicuity, (3) efficiency, (4) dependability, (5) stimulation, and (6) novelty. Therefore, the research results can provide recommendations and guidance for the development and improvement of the application, which can offer greater added value for the institution in terms of efficiency and accuracy in attendance data management.
