Abstract

The research conducted aims to determine: 1) the influence of the significance of education and training to the satisfication, 2) a significant effect on the motivation of education and trainig, 3) a significant influence on the satisfication of the division of labor, 4) a significant influence on the dicision of labor motivation, 5) significant influence of education and the exercise of employee performance, 6) a significant influence of education of the division of labor employees, 7) a significant effect on performance satisfication, 8) a significant effect of motivation on the performance of Sosial Service employee of Manpower and Transmigration Klaten.Keyword: Performance, Motivation, Satisfication,Division of Labour, and Education and Training.

Abstract

Ngijo Village, one of the villages in Tasikmadu Subdistrict, Karanganyar Regency, was affected by Covid-19. Since the outbreak of Covid-19, the people's income has been reduced and even lost their livelihoods due to the production activities of the industries where they work stopped. Another factor is that the public does not fully understand Covid-19 and its prevention protocol. The Community Retrieval Activity was carried out as a form of social care at the STIE Atma Bhakti University in Surakarta through Social Service activities and outreach on prevention efforts for Covid-19. The implementation method using the counseling method and the provision of basic food packages. The implementation of the Community Retrieval Activity received a positive response from residents of Ngijo Village. Social assistance in the form of basic necessities can help alleviate the economic burden of the community, while extension activities can increase the understanding of Ngjio Village residents about Corona Virus (Covid-19), as well as prevention efforts. Keywords: social service, covid-19 prevention, ngijo village

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat bini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja pengrajin sangkar burung di kecamatan Banjarsari kota Surakarta. Peningkatan kinerja ini dengan mengimplementasi bauran orientasi strategi. Bauran norientasi strategi terdiri dari orientasi pasar, inovasi, keunggulan bersaing , perubahan dan orientasi kewirausahaan. Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan ceramah, diskusi dan tanya jawab. Peserta pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah pengrajin sangkar burung baik tenaga kerjanya maupun pemilik usaha ini. Peserta yang dihadirkan ini kurang lebih 50 orang. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini kinerja pengrajin sangkar burung dapat meningkat baik kuantitas maupun kualitasnya. Pada akhirnya pendapatan dari pengrajin ini dapat meningkat dan terbebas dari kemiskinan. Kata Kunci: Kinerja, Bauran strategi, Sangkar burung, Banjarsari, Surakarta

Abstract

Desa Ngijo Kecamatan Tasikmadu Kabupaten Karanganyar memiliki berbagai potensi salah satunya usaha di bidang industri makanan ringan (snack). Permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra yaitu belum memiliki kapabilitas pemasaran yang memadai terutama kurangnya inovasi, baik inovasi produk, inovasi promosi, dan inovasi distribusi. Kegiatan Pengabdiaan Kepada Masyarakat dilaksanakan sebagai bentuk kepedulian sosial Perguruan Tinggi STIE Atma Bhakti Surakarta melalui kegiatan penyuluhan kepada mitra mengenai pengembangan strategi pemasaran dengan harapan agar mitra di Desa Ngijo dapat berkembang dan berekspansi ke usaha yang berskala lebih luas. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan metode ceramah dan sharing. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dimulai dengan Observasi Lapangan, Pelaksanaan Kegiatan, dan Penyusunan Laporan. Setelah mengikuti penyuluhan dan sharing, para mitra telah memperoleh pengetahuan dan wawasan yang semakin baik mengenai strategi memasarkan produk makanan ringan melalui bauran pemasaran 5P yaitu produk, harga, promosi, distribusi, dan pelayanan. Dengan adanya program pengabdian ini diharapkan akan banyak membantu persoalan pemasaran yang dihadapi mitra (Kelompok Wanita Tani) di desa Ngijo terutama dalam memasarkan dan menjual produksinya. Abstract

A good organization is an organization that seeks to improve its human resource capabilities, because it is a main factor for improving performance. The important things that need to be considered include; Safe, profitable and satisfactory working conditions also contribute to increasing employee motivation on work. In addition, work content is also no less important to measure employee performance.Original work content is the contents of the work or task given to employees and it is one of the supporting factors that provide smoothness of work motivation. The purpose of this study were to: (1) analyze and explain the effect of working conditions and work content on the discipline and employee performance (2) knowing and analyzing the mediation effect of discipline in the influence of work conditions and work content on employee performance. This research was conducted at the employees of the former Surakarta Residency Office of Surakarta, Boyolali, Sukoharjo, Wonogiri and Sragen, which are usually sacrificed (Subo Suko Wono Sraten or Solo Raya), each of which has 25 employees, so that the total total is 125 employees. Then each region was taken by 15 employees as respondents. The Path analysis is used to test the relationship between independent variables with the dependent variable mediated by the mediation variable. The results of the study found that (1) there is a positive influence and significant work conditions and work content on the discipline and employee performance (2) there is a direct influence that is better than working conditions and work content on employee performance than must be mediated by discipline.
