Abstract

Interaction between rural and urban generates a contradiction in economic, cultural,social, political and even symbols oflifestyle of rural communitieswhich perceive themas a cynical society.The development of information and technology has made animpact onshifting the rural community to modernity and transform the societythroughthe elements of social resources. The increasing complexity of life has affected rural andurban interaction, human need to adjust to the advanced demands of life throughmeans of education, socio-cultural, economics and technology. These aspectsintensifythe interaction between the rural and the urban through the gravity of eachregion. Abstract

Abstract. This study was aimed to analyze the relationship between the quality of schools based on creativity and the work culture of teachers at the primary school level. At the primary school level the phenomenon of teachers as educators and administrative personnel as well, and must master the entire field of science provide workload is quite high. While it demands professionalism of teachers today has become imperative, where teachers must have four competence as a prerequisite for becoming an educator who has been mandated by law. This research was conducted in Banjar District by taking a sample of teachers in 16 elementary schools, with a sample of 124 peoples. The data were collected using a questionnaire, which is then processed using SPSS. The result showed that the hypothesis statement there is a significant relationship between the creativity of teachers to school quality is accepted. Statements contained hypothesis cultural relations work on the quality of school teachers accepted. While the statement of the hypothesis that together the relationship between creativity and the work culture of teachers to school quality is acceptable. This study analyzed the relationship is generally variable, while the follow-up to improve the quality of schools required further research.Keywords: quality of school, teacher creativity, work cultureAbstrak. Di level sekolah dasar fenomena tentang guru sebagai pendidik dan tenaga administratif sekaligus, dan harus menguasai seluruh bidang ilmu memberikan beban kerja yang cukup tinggi. Sementara itu tuntutan profesionalisme guru saat ini sudah menjadi keharusan, dimana guru harus memiliki empat kompetensi sebagai satu syarat untuk menjadi pendidik yang sudah diamanatkan dalam undang-undang. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kota Banjar dengan mengambil sampel guru di 16 sekolah dasar, dengan jumlah sampel 124 orang. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan angket, yang kemudian diolah menggunakan program SPSS. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa pernyataan hipotesis terdapat hubungan signifikan antara kreativitas guru terhadap mutu sekolah dapat diterima. Pernyataan hipotesis terdapat hubungan budaya kerja guru terhadap mutu sekolah diterima. Sedangkan pernyataan hipotesis bahwa secara bersama-sama terhadapat hubungan antara kreativitas dan budaya kerja guru terhadap mutu sekolah dapat diterima. Penelitian ini secara umum menganalisis hubungan variable, sedangkan untuk tindak lanjut peningkatan mutu sekolah diperlukan penelitian lanjutan.Keywords: mutu sekolah, kreativitas guru, budaya kerja

Abstract

Berdasarkan asumsi filosofis, studi banding subyektif tidak memandang realitas sebagai objek tunggal. Masalah epistemologis dan aksiologi menjadi pertimbangan penting dalam pendidikan komparatif. Mengetahui perbedaan dan perbandingan sistem eduational antara negara-negara ini dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui beberapa isu yang harus dipertimbangkan untuk sistem pendidikan. Sadar atau tidak sadar perbandingan yang dilakukan oleh manusia dalam hidup dan pengembangan pribadi, melalui citra diri dengan merefleksikan aspek kehidupan yang sama dari orang lain. Studi perbandingan pendidikan sebagai bagian dari bidang pendidikan memiliki manfaat faktual, terutama sebagai pertimbangan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di suatu negara. Dengan mempertimbangkan dan mempelajari keuntungan dari sistem pendidikan di negara-negara lain, seseorang dapat belajar banyak hal dari negara dan menggunakannya untuk kemajuan pendidikan di negara ini. Tujuan dari makalah ini adalah untuk melakukan studi banding ilmu sosial (IPS) di sekolah-sekolah dasar di Indonesia, Malaysia dan Hong Kong. Berdasarkan sejarah-sosiologi, tiga negara memiliki kemajuan yang berbeda dalam pendidikan, Indonesia dulunya collony Belanda, Malaysia dan Hong Kong yang sebelumnya koloni Inggris. Melalui pendekatan komparatif antara negara-negara, peningkatan pendidikan langsung atau tidak langsung akan memberikan manfaat untuk meningkatkan pendidikan nasional dan mudah-mudahan akan mengambil nilai positif dari negara-negara tertentu untuk mendukung upaya dalam meningkatkan kualitas edutaion nasional.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the association of assertiveness, self efficacy with the competency of negotiations for students. The study was conducted in State Vocational School 1 Bawang Banjarnegara involving 132 samples in Study Program of Online Marketing Business. Sampling technique was stratified random sampling, and data collection technique used questionnaire instruments. Data were analyzed through correlation technique data of product moment. Based on hypothesis testing, results can be obtained that assertiveness had a positive relationship with negotiation competencies. Similarly, self efficacy also had a positive relationship to negotiation competencies; these two independent variables also had a positive and significant relationship to negotiation competencies. The implications of the results of this study were that the negotiation competencies for students can support careers in marketing so that it required the formation of assertiveness and an increase in self-efficacy in the learning process.

Abstract

Theoretically the adolescent psychological development is a transition period which is marked by changes in biological, psychological and social aspects. Empirically, the increasing trend of juvenile delinquency is caused by the inability of the early adolescents to be assertive so that their personality become weak and they can easily fall into negative things. This study aimed at determining the extent to which environment and mass media have the influence on assertive behaviour and juvenile delinquency trend in Junior High School in West Java Province. The respondents of this research were 458 students of Junior High Schools in West Java. Questionnaire was used to collect the data. Samples were chosen by using stratified random sampling technique. Data analysis employed Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with two-stages testing: measurement model and structural model, using Analysis of Moment Structure (AMOS). The results of this study revealed that all hypothetical statements have significant effects. The findings showed that the increasing level of students’ assertive behaviour can decrease the tendency of juvenile delinquency in them. Abstract

This researched is aimed to discover the relationship between learning motivation and learning achievement of mathematics subject for 5 graders in Fostered Public Primary School 1 sub-district Sumbang, Banyumas. The methods used for this research was corelation with quantity approach. The population was 387 students of grade V from 11 public primary schools, while 197 students were used for sampling. The samples were collected using probability sampling. The technique used for data collection were a non-test technique in form of learning motivation  questionnaire and a test technique in form of essay questions. The result of this research shows that there is a relationship between learning motivation and learning achievement with rhitungrtabel = 0,3490,1398 with significance value 0,0000,05, so it is said as significant and applicable to the population. Regression test result shows that Y` = a + bX with the value of a = 7,861, which means if learning motivation = 0, so learning motivation = 7,861. The coeficient of b = 0,611, which means if learning motivation is raised up to 1 denomination, so learning motivation will be raised up to 0,611 denomination as well. These datas show that if the value of X is raised, the value of Y will be raised as well for both of them has positive and same direction of relationship.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan bahan ajar PPKn Berbasis Karakter dan Literasi Siswa kelas IX yang dirancang lebih menarik, melatih mandiri, kreatif dan inovasi, sesuai kebutuhan siswa serta mengembangkan kompetensi, karakter dan literasi siswa. Model pengembangan yang digunakan Dick, Carey & Carey (2001) yang disesuaikan dengan keperluan pengembangan. Teknik analisis ini digunakan untuk mengolah data yang diperoleh melalui lembar evaluasi dalam bentuk deskriptif persentase. Hasil validasi dari ahli desain pembelajaran mencapai 92.5%. Sedangkan dari ahli materi bahan ajar yang dikembangkan mencapai 89.3%. Hasil uji coba pada siswa, persentase kelayakan secara keseluruhan mencapai 83.66%. Sedangkan Review dari guru mencapai 78.41% serta respon melalui angket mendapatkan respon sangat baik. Dari data dan analisis yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa produk pengembangan dapat digunakan sebagai bahan ajar pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan (PPKn) yang memiliki kualifikasi sangat baik, dan mengembangkan ranah kompetensi, karekater dan literasi siswa.Abstract: This study aims to produce teaching materials based on Character and Literacy PPKn Class IX students who are designed to be more interesting, to train independently, creatively and innovatively, according to students 'needs and develop students' competence, character and literacy. The development model used by Dick, Carey & Carey (2001) adjusted to the development needs. This analysis technique is used to process data obtained through evaluation sheets in the form of descriptive percentages. The validation results from learning design experts reached 92.5%. While the experts of teaching materials developed reached 89.3%. The results of trials on students, the overall eligibility percentage reached 83.66%. While the Review from the teacher reached 78.41% and the response through the questionnaire got a very good response. From the data and analysis that has been done, it can be concluded that the development product can be used as teaching material in Pancasila and Citizenship Education (PPKn) subjects that have very good qualifications, and develop the domains of competence, character and student literacy.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan keterampilan sosial peserta didik yang mengalami gangguan kecemasan sosial dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran strategi berpikir visual di sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan metode eksperimen yaitu serangkaian metode yang membandingkan kelompok eksperimen dengan kelompok kontrol. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui pretes, posttes, dan observasi terhadap di dua kelas yang berbeda. Teknik analisis data menggunakan SPSS dengan uji prasyarat Normalitas dan Homogenitas, untuk pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t. Berdasarkan analisis data dan pembahasan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan dapat diambil kesimpulan terdapat pengaruh Visual Thinking Strategies terhadap pengembangan Keterampilan Sosial bagi Peserta Didik Social Anxiety Disorder, berdasarkan hasil perhitungan SPSS diperoleh thitung = 2,659, jika dibandingkan dengan ttabel = 2,020, maka nilai thitung lebih besar dari ttabel  atau 2,659 > 2,020. Dari hasil pengujian disimpulkan bahwa startegi berpikir visual (visual thinking startegies) dapat meningkatkan keterampilan social peserta didik yang mengalami gangguan kecemasan sosial.
