Abstract

Abstract This study aims to investigate the influence of Islamic work ethics  and organizational culture on employee performance at PT. BFI Finance Syariah Lampung. All employees of PT. BFI Finance Syariah Lampung were selected as the respondents of this study and then analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results of the research showed that the application of the Islamic work ethicss positively influenced the performance of the employees. On the other hand, the culture of organization negatively affected the performance of employees. Thus, to further promote employee performance, the Islamic work ethics should be thoroughly implemented and cultural organization should be restructured so that would not become a detrimental for employee performance.Keywords: Islamic Work Ethics, Organizational Culture and Employee Performance AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh etos kerja Islam dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada perusahaan multifinance PT. BFI Finance Syariah Lampung. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap semua karyawan PT. BFI Finance Syariah cabang Lampung sebanyak 103 orang. Analisis data menggunakan program SPSS dengan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan etos kerja Islam memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Di sisi lain juga budaya organisasi berpengaruh negative signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dengan demikian, untuk lebih meningkatkan kinerja karyawan, etos kerja Islami harus diimplementasikan secara menyeluruh dan budaya organisasi harus direstrukturisasi sehingga tidak akan merusak kinerja karyawan Kata kunci: Etos Kerja Islam, Budaya Organisasi dan Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the level of community welfare through farmer group empowerment from an Islamic economic perspective. This research includes field research (field research). The method used in this research is qualitative data analysis with a descriptive nature. The results showed the implementation of community empowerment for the prosperous Sido farmer group towards improving the welfare of the community in Sidoharjo Village through counseling programs and skills training. The implementation of community empowerment of the prosperous Sido farmer group in Sidoharjo Village can be said to be successful. The members admitted that there was an increase in knowledge and skills in agriculture, obtained new information about agriculture, increased income before they joined and after joining the prosperous Sido farmer group, and were very enthusiastic about the empowerment program. This means that the empowerment of the Sido prosperous farmer group community has a positive effect in improving the welfare of the Sido prosperous farmer group members in Sidoharjo Village, Jati Agung District, South Lampung Regency, and the Sido prosperous farmer group member community can already be said to be a prosperous society. Empowerment in the view of Islamic Economics is seen from the principles of Islamic Economics that community empowerment for members of the prosperous Sido farmer group is following the rules or limitations in Islam that Allah SWT has determined to achieve falah in the world the hereafter and for welfare. The community members of the prosperous Sido farmer group are following welfare in the view of Islamic Economics

Abstract

Competition in the increasingly fierce of globalization era requires agencies or companies to continue to improve their performance in improving the performance of their employees by creating a pleasant and equal work environment between members of the organization. This research aims to examine the influence of Islamic leadership and organizational culture on employee performance. This research was conducted at sharia multi-finance company. The sampling method in this research is the saturated method. sampling of 35 respondents. Data analysis used the SPSS program with multiple regression analysis. The research results show that Islamic leadership has a positive influence on employee performance. What leaders do becomes an example and model for their subordinates. Leadership also requires the totality of its subordinates to work optimally to support maximum performance improvement. Leaders have also shown the same attitudes, thoughts and work patterns, while the organizational culture has not. affect employee performance. because the indication is that every employee is still guided by the old culture without disrupting performance. Furthermore, Islamic leadership and organizational culture variables simultaneously have a positive effect on employee performance. This variable does have a strong relationship. Organizational culture will not be created without a leader who is of course followed by organizational members.

Abstract

This research aims to examine further the role of Islamic economics in explaining the national economics. This research is qualitative research and uses library research. Data sources in research consist of primary data and secondary data. The data collection method used in this research is the documentation method. The data obtained in this research was further analyzed using the content analysis method. The research results show that sharia economics has an important role in national economic development. In developing the sharia economy in Indonesia, there are several obstacles faced, including: Limited Human Resources (SDI), Supervision of sharia economy, Lack of infrastructure, facilities and infrastructure both in terms of software and physical as well as Lack of socialization, promotion, information, education and coordination with all stakeholders, including the community, relevant government officials, ulama/ustad, and practitioners. The challenges faced by Indonesia in developing a sharia economy can still be overcome for strong reasons to improve people's welfare and Indonesia has a majority Muslim population. Keywords: Islamic Economics, National Economics Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji lebih jauh peran ekonomi Islam dalam menjelaskan perekonomian nasional. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dan menggunakan penelitian kepustakaan. Sumber data dalam penelitian terdiri dari data primer dan data sekunder. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini dianalisis lebih lanjut dengan menggunakan metode analisis isi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ekonomi syariah mempunyai peranan penting dalam pembangunan perekonomian nasional. Dalam mengembangkan ekonomi syariah di Indonesia terdapat beberapa kendala yang dihadapi antara lain: Keterbatasan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDI), Pengawasan terhadap ekonomi syariah, Kurangnya sarana dan prasarana baik dari segi software maupun fisik serta Kurangnya sosialisasi, promosi , informasi, edukasi dan koordinasi dengan seluruh pemangku kepentingan, termasuk masyarakat, pejabat pemerintah terkait, ulama/ustad, dan praktisi. Tantangan yang dihadapi Indonesia dalam mengembangkan ekonomi syariah masih dapat diatasi karena alasan yang kuat untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat dan Indonesia memiliki mayoritas penduduk beragama Islam. Abstract

Murabahah financing is the most dominant financing instrument within Indonesia’s Islamic banking industry and plays a major role in maintaining financial stability. However, its effectiveness in supporting bank profitability requires a comprehensive review based on recent literature. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of murabahah financing and its contribution to the profitability of Islamic banks in Indonesia by synthesizing research from the past seven years. The method used is a literature study that examines national and international journals, OJK reports, and academic documents related to murabahah mechanisms and Islamic bank financial performance. The findings show that murabahah demonstrates high effectiveness in maintaining margin stability, improving operational efficiency, strengthening productive assets, encouraging financing growth, and ensuring stable cash flows, thus contributing significantly to the profitability of Islamic banks. The study concludes that murabahah serves as a primary foundation for the sustainable financial performance of Islamic banks in Indonesia and should be continuously optimized through improved service quality, product innovation, and enhanced risk management.
