Abstract

Social intelligence is the ability to observe and understand the intentions, motivations and feelings of other people. Sensitive to other people's facial expressions, voices and body movements and able to respond effectively in communication. This research aims to examine the Implementation of Moral Aqidah Learning in Increasing Students' Social Intelligence in MA Hidayatul Mubtadiin Sidoharjo Jati Agung, South Lampung Regency in 2024. The type of approach used in this research is descriptive. Descriptive research is research that attempts to describe solutions to current problems based on data. The data collection techniques are: observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis techniques are: data reduction, data presentation (data presentation), and drawing conclusions/verification. Checking the validity of the data is: source triangulation, technical triangulation, and time triangulation. The research results show that by carrying out careful planning, effective implementation, and continuous evaluation, efforts are made to increase students' social intelligence. Learning moral beliefs at MA Hidayatul Mubtadiin in shaping students' character and personality, namely being able to create good relationships, be firm, and think before speaking or acting. To improve students' social intelligence, active involvement from various parties is needed, namely teacher support, madrasa regulations and support. from parents. Supporting factors are the presence of teaching staff, madrasa regulations, collaboration with parents and infrastructure. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors are students who are less active and lack of time allocation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the agricultural sector and the manufacturing industry sector on economic growth from the perspective of Islamic economics in South Lampung Regency in 2024. The method used is quantitative with a multiple linear regression approach. The data used are secondary data obtained from relevant institutions and processed using SPSS software. Based on the research findings, it can be concluded that both the agricultural sector and the manufacturing industry sector, either partially or simultaneously, have a significant influence on the economic growth of South Lampung Regency in 2024 within the framework of Islamic economic principles. The regression analysis results show that the agricultural sector has a more dominant positive effect compared to the manufacturing industry sector; however, both together are able to explain 65.1% of the variation in regional economic growth. This indicates that regional economic development based on real sectors such as agriculture and manufacturing is in line with Islamic economic principles that emphasize productivity, distributive justice, and sustainability. Furthermore, the results of the classical assumption tests show that the data fulfill the regression validity requirements, namely normality, absence of multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and autocorrelation, making the model feasible for use in formulating regional economic development policies. Therefore, strengthening the agricultural and manufacturing sectors becomes a key strategy that not only drives quantitative economic growth but also reflects the values of blessing, public benefit (maslahah), and balance in the perspective of Islamic economics.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the marketing strategies implemented by PT. Amara Tour and Travel in increasing public interest in Hajj and Umrah services in 2024. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal that PT. Amara’s marketing strategy is integrative, combining digital methods such as social media utilization, storytelling, and customer service technology with conventional approaches like community-based promotion through religious gatherings (majelis taklim) and alumni testimonials. This strategy effectively reaches various segments of prospective pilgrims and strengthens emotional bonds and public trust. Furthermore, the study identifies both strengths and weaknesses in PT. Amara’s marketing practices. Its strengths include a strong brand reputation, comprehensive service quality, and a spiritual approach that enhances customer loyalty. However, the company faces several challenges, such as limited promotional outreach in rural areas, a gap between promotional promises and service realities, and a shortage of human resources during peak registration periods. These findings highlight the need for continuous evaluation and innovation in marketing strategies to expand service coverage and improve customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The main objective of this study is to analyze the moral education values ??exemplified by K.H. Maimun Zubair and explore their relevance in shaping the character of Generation Z in the digital era. This study uses a qualitative approach with a library research method to analyze the moral education values ??exemplified by K.H. Maimun Zubair and their relevance in shaping the character of Generation Z in the digital era. Data were collected from academic literature, biographies, journals, and digital documents that are credible, relevant, and actual. The analysis was carried out thematically by extracting moral values, mapping their relevance to digital challenges, and synthesizing findings from various sources. This approach produces a conceptual, theoretical, and practical understanding of the character education of Generation Z and the role model of ulama in a modern context. The results of this study indicate that the role model of K.H. Maimun Zubair plays a strategic role in shaping the character and moral awareness of Generation Z in the digital era. The exemplary moral values, such as honesty, patience, discipline, empathy, and social concern, can be observed, imitated, and internalized by the younger generation. The exemplary behavior of Islamic scholars serves as a bridge between Islamic boarding school traditions and the demands of modernization, enhancing moral awareness, self-control, and the ability to make ethical decisions. These findings confirm that religious scholars who consistently exemplify morality can shape Generation Z into individuals with character, morals, adaptability, and responsibility in both real and virtual life.

Abstract

Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh resiliensi terhadap kecerdasan emosional dan implikasinya dalam pembentukan karakter santri di era modern, khususnya di Pondok Pesantren Hidayatul Mubtadiin Jati Agung Lampung Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis explanatory untuk menganalisis hubungan resiliensi, kecerdasan emosional, dan pembentukan karakter santri di Pondok Pesantren Hidayatul Mubtadiin, Lampung Selatan. Desain cross-sectional diterapkan dengan sampel 50 santri yang dipilih secara random dari populasi 456 santri. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket skala Likert dan dokumentasi, dengan instrumen yang terbukti valid dan reliabel (Cronbach’s Alpha 0,939). Analisis data meliputi statistik deskriptif, uji prasyarat, serta regresi untuk menguji hubungan antarvariabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh asumsi statistik telah terpenuhi, sehingga temuan dapat dipertanggungjawabkan secara ilmiah. Instrumen penelitian memiliki reliabilitas sangat tinggi dengan nilai Cronbach’s Alpha sebesar 0,939, serta data berdistribusi normal dan memenuhi asumsi linieritas dan homoskedastisitas. Secara parsial, resiliensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kecerdasan emosional santri, namun tidak berpengaruh signifikan secara langsung terhadap pembentukan karakter. Meskipun demikian, secara simultan resiliensi dan kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pembentukan karakter, menunjukkan peran strategis kecerdasan emosional sebagai penghubung dalam pembentukan karakter santri di era modern.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas metode pembelajaran drill yang diimplementasikan melalui pendekatan teori behavioristik dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Fiqih di MTs Hidayatul Mubtadiin Kecamatan Jati Agung. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di MTs Hidayatul Mubtadiin, Lampung Selatan, menggunakan pendekatan mixed methods dengan strategi explanatory sequential. Desain kuantitatif berupa eksperimen semu dengan Non-Equivalent Control Group Design pada 44 siswa, kelas eksperimen menerima pembelajaran Fiqih metode drill, kelas kontrol pembelajaran konvensional. Hasil belajar diukur melalui pretest-posttest dan dianalisis dengan uji normalitas, homogenitas, dan t-test. Data kualitatif diperoleh melalui observasi dan wawancara, dianalisis dengan model Miles dan Huberman. Integrasi data kuantitatif dan kualitatif memberikan gambaran komprehensif efektivitas metode drill. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode pembelajaran drill berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar Fiqih siswa di MTs Hidayatul Mubtadiin. Hasil uji normalitas menunjukkan data berdistribusi normal, dan uji homogenitas menegaskan kesetaraan varians antar kelompok. Analisis paired sample t-test mengindikasikan peningkatan hasil belajar pada kedua kelompok, dengan kelas eksperimen mengalami peningkatan lebih tinggi. Uji independent sample t-test menunjukkan perbedaan rata-rata posttest yang signifikan, dengan kelas eksperimen lebih unggul dibanding kontrol. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa pembelajaran drill secara sistematis mampu meningkatkan pemahaman, penguasaan materi, dan pencapaian kompetensi siswa secara optimal.
