Abstract

This research developed the SIR model with self-isolation and hospital isolation. The analysis is carried out through the disease-free and endemic equilibrium point analysis and the sensitivity analysis of the basic reproduction number. Based on the disease-free equilibrium point analysis, for a certain period of time the population will be free from COVID-19 if the basic reproduction number is less than 1. If the basic reproduction number is more than 1, the disease will persist in the population, this will lead to an endemic equilibrium point. Based on the sensitivity analysis of parameter values on the basic reproduction number, the parameter for the isolation rate of individually infected individuals in hospitals is -0.4615166040, and the self-isolation rate at home is -0.01853667767. This indicates that isolation in hospitals is more effective than self-isolation in suppressing the spread of COVID-19.

Abstract

Pengelolaan Administrasi Kependudukan penting dalam kehidupan di Indonesia karena terkait dengan banyak aktivitas seperti pemilihan umum, pengurusan dokumen kendaraan dan surat tanah, perbankan, dan lain-lain. Dinas Kependudukan dan pencatatan sipil Kabupaten Karawang melayani administrasi kependudukan kabupaten karawang dan memastikan setiap masyarakat di Kabupaten Karawang tercatat dan terdata oleh Pemerintah Republik Indonesia melalui daerah dan melimpahkan sebagian wewenangnya kepada Dinas penduduk dan pencatatan sipil Kabupaten Karawang. Analisis sentimen terhadap pelayanan Disdukcapil Karawang digunakan untuk memberikan gambaran tentang opini publik terhadap pelayanan Disdukcapil Karawang. Hasil pengolahan opini atau sentimen dari penerapan algoritma Naïve bayes menggunakan metodologi KDD kedalam tiga kelas yaitu Positif, Netral dan Negatif melalui media sosial Twitter  menggunakan penerapan algoritma Naïve bayes diperoleh hasil yaitu 146 label positif, 189 label negatif, dan 961 label netral. Nilai accuracy tertinggi terdapat pada  model 90:10 dengan 69%, precision 82%, dan recall 48%. Selain menggunakan confusion matrix model diuji dengan grafik ROC yang menghasilkan nilai AUC tertinggi pada model 90:10 dengan nilai 0.79 yang dapat diartikan model ini kualitasnya good classification.

Abstract

Instagram merupakan salah satu media sosial paling populer di seluruh dunia, dengan lebih dari satu miliar pengguna aktif setiap bulannya. Semakin berkembangnya informasi teknologi pada era digital seperti sekarang membuat opini atau sentimen masyarakat banyak beredar di kolom komentar atau ulasan. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan analisis terhadap ulasan aplikasi media sosial instagram untuk melihat opini masyarakat mengenai aplikasi terbeut. Data ulasan diperoleh dari situs web Google Play yang diambil menggunakan metode scraping . Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis sentimen terhadap ulasan pengguna aplikasi media sosial Instagram yang terdapat di situs Google Play Store untuk mengetahui dan mengklasifikasikan komentar baik dan buruk. Sentimen pengguna dapat memberikan wawasan yang berharga bagi pengembang aplikasi dalam memahami kepuasan pengguna, menyebarkan fitur yang ada, serta meningkatkan kualitas aplikasi. Pada pengujian ini menggunakan 1000 data yang terdiri dari 80% data latih dan 20% data uji . Hasil pengujian akurasi, penelitian ini menggunakan matriks konfusi , dalam penelitian ini algoritma Naïve Bayes classifier dengan akurasi yang diperoleh sebesar 89%.

Abstract

This study develops a five-dimensional mathematical model describing the interaction between rice and four major pests: rice stem borer, rat, brown planthopper, and rice bug. The existence and local stability of several equilibrium points are analyzed using linearization and the Routh–Hurwitz criterion. In addition, the global stability of the pest-free equilibrium point is established using Lyapunov’s direct method and LaSalle’s Invariance Principle. The results show that the pest-free equilibrium is globally asymptotically stable under certain threshold conditions related to the interaction and mortality parameters. Furthermore, a transcritical bifurcation is identified, which determines the transition between pest extinction and coexistence. Sensitivity analysis indicates that the rice bug parameters significantly influence the rice population, with proportional effects on the equilibrium state. Numerical simulations are performed to support the analytical results, including the dynamic behavior around the bifurcation threshold and the sensitivity of the rice population with respect to key parameters. The results highlight the importance of controlling pest interaction rates and increasing natural mortality to maintain the stability of the rice population.

Abstract

The new student admission (PMB) process at Universitas is a crucial activity that takes place every academic year. However, the registration mechanism for prospective students still relies on manual processes, where applicant data recording is performed using printed forms and the management of Single Tuition Fee (UKT) payments is not directly connected to the Academic Information System (SIAK) or banking institutions. This condition results in operational inefficiency and potential data inconsistency. This study aims to design and develop a website-based PMB UNIVERSITY application connected to SIAK for managing prospective student data and integrated with the banking system for UKT payments through an Application Programming Interface (API), adopting the Agile Scrum development method. The application was built using the Laravel framework version 10 with the PHP programming language. The development process includes requirements identification through interviews with stakeholders, product backlog preparation, system design using UML, implementation through sprints, and validation using black box testing (alpha testing) and beta testing. The alpha validation results show that all functionalities operate according to specifications, including prospective student registration, data verification through the SIAK API, and automatic UKT payment confirmation through the Bank API. The resulting application has been proven to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the new student admission process at UNIVERSITY.
