Abstracts - The shift in the way of life in modern society which is increasingly complex, encourages people to find ways to adapt and survive to face technological advances globally in all aspects of life needs. In the use of technology and information, one of them is PONPES Daarun Nizham trying to present a religious touch that is grounded in the progress of the times by trying to develop a typical Islamic organization with the application of modern information systems and technology. Judging from several aspects of the weakness of the new student registration recruitment process which is still carried out manually, the design of the new student registration program is carried out in an integrated manner with the internet network. is considered to be one of the powerful solutions to answer the needs of agencies in the manual registration process. The method used by the author is waterfall method. Based on the description of the problem above, it is necessary to create a system in the form of research regarding the Design of a-based New Student Registration Program web at PONPES Daarun Nizham. On This website will display information about the data registries, data completeness students, confirmation of payment, academic potential test, print documents and reports (PSB). With this website, it can make it easier for prospective new students in the student registration process so that the problem of distance between pesantren and new students can be resolved by online registration and is the best solution for Islamic boarding schools in solving problems that occur and the recruitment process for new students can be carried out effectively and efficiently without compromising the uniqueness and authenticity of the santri recruitment ritualistic that has been carried out at PONPES Daarun Nizham.

Inventory has an important meaning because it will affect the level of production and sales. Without an inventory of goods the company will not run smoothly. At this time trading companies are faced with very tight competition, therefore companies must provide fast services in managing merchandise inventory. A good inventory system can help increase company profits, especially in the services provided by Ahass Motocare Cikampek. If the inventory of merchandise is fulfilled, the quality of its services will increase and will be faster in handling consumer demand. The process of recording merchandise inventory at Ahass Motocare Cikampek uses periodic inventory recording, which only records purchases of merchandise and a physical check of inventory at the end of the period or what we call stock taking. In the process of recording and calculating determined by the company, it still uses a simple method by writing on a note. So that in making financial statements, data is often lost because the notes used are often lost. Karyawan merupakan aset berharga bagi setiap perusahaan, sehingga pengelolaan presensi yang efisien menjadi faktor penting dalam menjaga produktivitas dan efektivitas kerja. PT Jedi Global Teknologi, sebuah perusahaan di bidang teknologi informasi dan komunikasi, menghadapi kendala dalam pengelolaan presensi karyawan secara manual. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem informasi presensi berbasis Android dengan menggunakan metode pengembangan perangkat lunak model prototipe. Metode prototipe mencakup tiga tahapan utama, pertama mendengarkan pelanggan, yaitu mengumpulkan kebutuhan sistem melalui komunikasi intensif dengan pengguna untuk memahami masalah dan kebutuhan mereka. Kedua merancang dan membuat prototipe awal berdasarkan kebutuhan yang telah diidentifikasi. Ketiga melakukan uji coba prototipe oleh pengguna untuk mengidentifikasi kekurangan dan memberikan masukan guna menyempurnakan sistem. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sistem informasi presensi berbasis Android yang memudahkan pencatatan presensi secara online, memungkinkan manajer memantau data presensi secara real-time, dan mendukung administrator dalam pengelolaan data karyawan secara keseluruhan. Implementasi sistem ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional perusahaan, meminimalkan kesalahan data, dan mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan teknologi.

Kecamatan Karawang Barat menghadapi tantangan dalam optimalisasi potensi digital Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di tengah pesatnya perkembangan teknologi. Rendahnya pemanfaatan platform online profesional dan kebutuhan peningkatan literasi digital menjadi latar belakang utama kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (Abdimas) ini. Tujuan kegiatan adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan praktis UMKM serta masyarakat di Kecamatan Karawang Barat dalam membuat website portofolio menggunakan WordPress, guna mendukung pemasaran dan meningkatkan profesionalisme. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan partisipatif dengan pelatihan teknis yang mencakup instalasi WordPress, kustomisasi tema, manajemen konten, dan penggunaan plugin dasar, serta pendampingan intensif. Kegiatan yang dilaksanakan pada 14 Maret 2025 ini diikuti oleh 30 peserta. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta, yang terukur melalui perbandingan hasil pre-test dan post-test. Sebanyak 25 peserta berhasil membuat draft awal website portofolio. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah pelatihan efektif dalam meningkatkan kompetensi digital peserta dan menyediakan alat pemasaran baru. Disarankan adanya program lanjutan untuk pendalaman materi dan keberlanjutan pemanfaatan teknologi.

Perkembangan media informasi begitu pesat, penyebaran informasi dalam bentuk spanduk, flayer baik secara cetak atau digital sudah menjadi kebutuhan. Untuk membuat sebuah desain informasi dapat menggunakan aplikasi photoshop. Keterampilan dalam membuat desain menggunakan photoshop di era industri 4.0 sangat diperlukan. Keterampilan membuat desain dibutuhkan pada berbagai aspek pendidikan, industri bahkan sampai aspek pemerintahan. Salah satu aspek dalam pemerintah yang memerlukan keterampilan desain adalah pada tingkat kelurahan. Saat ini dikelurahan Karangpawitan kecamatan Karawang Barat sebagai mitra pengabdian masyarakat memerlukan pelatihan pembuatan design informasi pelayanan publik menggunakan aplikasi photoshop. Perangkat kelurahan sebanyak 30 terdiri dari warga dan staf kelurahan menjadi bagian pelatihan sebagai peserta pelatihan design. Hal ini dilakukan karena perangkat kelurahan tersebut belum memiliki kemapuan membuat desain untuk kebutuhan media informasi. Sehingga para RT/RW mampu membuat desain informasi publik menggunakan photoshop sebagai salah satu peningkatan kualitas pelayanan infomasi terhadap warga dilingkungannya. To create a desasin information can use photoshop applications. Skills in creating designs using photoshop in the industrial era 4.0 are indispensable. Design making skills are needed in various aspects of education, industry and even to the aspect of government. In the aspect of government that requires design skills, one of them is at the village level. It is currently in the area of kec coral. West Karawang as a community service partner requires training in making public service information design using photoshop applications. 30 RT/RW village devices became part of the training as design trainees. This is done because the village device does not yet have the ability to make designs for information media needs. So that RT/RW is able to make public information design using photoshop as one of the improvements in the quality of service to its citizens.

Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sistem informasi presensi berbasis Android yang memudahkan pencatatan presensi secara online, memungkinkan manajer memantau data presensi secara real-time, dan mendukung administrator dalam pengelolaan data karyawan secara keseluruhan. Implementasi sistem ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional perusahaan, meminimalkan kesalahan data, dan mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan teknologi.
