Abstract

Indonesia sebagai negara kepulauan yang terletak diantara Samudera Hindia dan Samudera Pasifik menjadikan wilayah ini memiliki posisi strategis. Utamanya Papua sebagai jalur perdagangan internasional. Posisi geografis dan potensi sumber daya di dalamnya menjadi modal besar bagi Papua sebagai jalur perdagangan internasional yang akan menghubungkan jalur perdagangan Indonesia dengan kawasan Pasifik. Hal inilah juga membuat Papua memiliki potensi besar dalam menjalankan manuver geopolitik Indonesia di kawasan Pasifik. Konektivitas jalur komunikasi menjadi kunci utama bagi Indonesia untuk dapat meningkatkan pengaruh Indonesia dalam hubungan perdagangan di kawasan Pasifik. Posisi Papua yang berbatasan langsung dengan negara- negara Pasifik, dinilai memiliki potensi strategis yang dapat menjadi pintu masuk dalam hubungan perdagangan Indonesia-Pasifik. Kehadiran Indonesia di kawasan Pasifik, melalui konektivitas jalur perdagangan Papua-Pasifik dinilai akan menjadi bagian penting dalam manuver geopolitik Indonesia di tengah persaingan kekuatan besar di kawasan Pasifik. Melalui analisa geopolitik yang dikemukakan oleh Jakub Grygiel, penelitian ini akan berusaha untuk memberikan sebuah rekomendasi strategi konektivitas jalur perdagangan di wilayah Papua yang memiliki potensi besar bagi jalur perdagangan Indonesia dengan kawasan Pasifik.

Abstract

Fami Apps adalah salah satu aplikasi untuk mendapatkan barang dan jasa berupa aplikasi pemesanan makanan dan minuman secara online yang dikembangkan oleh PT. Fajar Mitra Indah. Di google playstore aplikasi ini mendapat rating 3 dan sudah di download lebih dari 100.000 pengguna. Dari survey di ulasan google playstore ternyata yang membuat rating ini kurang memuaskan adalah dikarenakan tampilan informasi aplikasi Fami Apps dan beberapa fungsinya yang dirasa kurang memadai. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merombak User interface (UI) dan User Experience (UX) aplikasi Fami Apps dengan menggunakan proses goal-directed design dan cognitive walkthrough. Aplikasi didesain ulang dengan menggunakan teknik goal-directed design, yang melibatkan 6 fase: penelitian pendahuluan, pemodelan, persyaratan, kerangka kerja, penyempurnaan, dan dukungan. Hasil pengujian dikumpulkan setelah desain UI selesai dibuat dengan metode cognitive walkthrough untuk nilai atribut usability sebelum dirancang ulang desain nilai atribut tersebut menghasilkan skor 56 dengan adjective ratings “Good” dan acceptable ratings “Low”, setelah dilakukan perancangan ulang desain nilai atribut tersebut menghasilkan skor 79 dengan adjective ratings “Exelent” dan acceptable ratings “High”.

Abstract

Critical Thinking Skills in learning the Qur'an and hadith create an integral foundation for a true understanding of Islam. The stages of developing these skills involve deep understanding, contextual analysis, critical interpretation, and relevance to contemporary reality. Motivation for critical thinking, such as an invitation to reflect, emphasis on knowledge, and the pursuit of truth, is explicitly mentioned in the Qur'an and hadith. The integration of critical thinking skills in Islamic education not only adds a spiritual dimension, protects against misinterpretation but also produces an intellectual and reflective community capable of responding to the challenges of the times.

Abstract

Staying up late has become a popular trend among Generation Z; however, this activity carries significant health risks such as anemia, stroke, and even death. This study aims to design a monitoring device for heart rate and blood pressure for individuals who stay up late. The research employs a qualitative method with a questionnaire instrument distributed via Google Forms. Data collected from 27 respondents indicate that the majority sleep less than 4 hours and require a monitoring device. The device designed is IoT-based, using piezoresistive and photoplethysmography (PPG) sensors, along with a Raspberry Pi for health monitoring. The conclusion shows a significant need for this device among respondents who stay up late. Recommendations are provided for further development of the device based on the main components identified in this study.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how MSME development is carried out in the Department of Cooperatives, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, Trade and Industry in Sumedang Regency, what factors hinder it and efforts to overcome the obstacles. The research method used in the research is qualitative methodology with four research informants. The data collection techniques used were literature study and field study consisting of observation, interviews and documentation. Meanwhile, the processing procedures in this research are data reduction, data presentation, data verification and data triangulation Based on the research results, it was concluded that the development of MSMEs in the Department of Cooperatives, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, Trade and Industry in Sumedang Regency can be said to be quite good, but there are still several obstacles. This occurs because of obstacles such as difficulties in the process of coaching employees and MSME actors, the arrangement of resources is not yet optimal, because it is seen from age limitations which affect the capabilities of human resources (HR) so that they do not match the abilities needed to form a team with the aim of to socialize the coaching that has been carried out, in efforts to improve the implementation of MSME coaching at the Department of Cooperatives, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, Trade and Industry, Sumedang Regency, the government should continue to carry out analysis, routine evaluation and supervision of coaching so that employees' needs continue to be monitored.

Abstract

The Balanced Scorecard can translate the organization's vision and mission into operational objectives and measure performance from four perspectives: finance, customers, internal business processes, and learning growth. The purpose of this study was to measure the performance of Persahabatan Hospital using the Balanced Scorecard method. This study used qualitative methods with secondary data published by Persahabatan Hospital in 2020 and 2021 and interviews with informants. The results show that from a financial perspective, the hospital's income growth indicator has increased by 19.67%, and the ROA indicator increased by 0.41%. From a customer perspective, the hospital has seen an increase of 26.5%. From the internal business process perspective, it has been said to be good because it is in line with the vision and mission of Persahabatan Hospital. From a learning growth perspective, employee retention decreased by 25%. These four perspectives of the Balanced Scorecard have a significant impact on hospital performance. The hospital needs to improve service quality by increasing customer acquisition to increase revenue to produce a good performance.
