Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan efektivitas pembelajaran. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 131 guru yang diambil secara acak dengan menggunakan teknik proportional random sampling. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode korelasional. Pengujian hipotesis yang dilakukan menggunakan analisis statistik parametrik dalam bentuk analisis regresi linier, analisis korelasi, serta analisis parsial dengan taraf signifikansi α = 0,01 dan α = 0,05.  Penelitian ini menghasilkan tiga kesimpulan. Pertama, terdapat hubungan positif yang sangat signifikan antara supervisi akademik dengan efektivitas pembelajaran guru dengan koefisien korelasi ry1= 0,824. Kedua, terdapat hubungan positif yang sangat signifikan antara disiplin kerja dengan efektivitas pembelajaran dengan koefisien korelasi ry2= 0,66. Ketiga, terdapat hubungan positif yang sangat signifikan antara supervisi akademik dan disiplin kerja secara bersama-sama dengan efektivitas pembelajaran, dengan koefisien korelasi ry.12= 0,84. Dari hasil analisi SITOREM ditemukan prioritas indikator yang perlu ditingkatkan seperti; penilaian hasil kerja, membantu memecahkan masalah, pengontrolan diri dalam bekerja, kerelaan guru dalam menjalankan kewajiban, keberhasilan dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran, dan keberhasilan mengelola pembelajaran. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka dapat disimpulkan, efektivitas pembelajaran dapat ditingkatkan melalui penguatan supervisi akademik dan disiplin kerja.

Abstract

This research aims to: (1) find out the differences in mathematical literacy skills of students using the DLPS learning model and those using conventional learning models, (2) find out the differences in students' mathematical literacy skills in terms of verbal skills of students, (3) to find out the interaction of the DLPS learning model in terms of students' verbal skills on mathematical literacy skills of students. The research approach uses a quantitative approach with the type of quasi-experimental research and design of Factorial design 3 x 2. The population in this study is all eighth grade students of MTs Muhammadiyah Kampung Baru with the total is 48 people. The sample in this study is the eight-grade A  as a control class while the eight grade B is  as an experimental class. The instrument used in this study is a test of students 'mathematical literacy skills in the form of pretest and posttest and questionnaires to measure students' verbal skills. The data analysis technique used are descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis. The result shows that: (1) there is a difference between the application of the DLPS learning model and the conventional model on the mathematical literacy skills of students, (2) there is a difference in students' mathematical literacy skill in terms of vebal skill of students, and (3) there is no interaction effect between the DLPS learning model in terms of verbal skill to mathematical literacy skills of students

Abstract

Physical-motor development is a process in which a person develops through a response that results in a coordinated, organized and integrated movement, then skills can be seen as the basis for a person's success in performing motor skills, natural and synthetic materials around the PAUD school environment. The purpose of this research is to stimulate children's fine motor development through loose parts media and to what extent educators stimulate this development. The type of research used is qualitative research, which builds meaning based on data in the field. The research subjects were students in the Pammase Play Group Early Childhood Education. This qualitative research procedure produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words of observable people and behavior. Techniques used in data collection in the form of observation, and interviews and documentation. Data analysis was carried out by giving meaning to the data that was successfully collected. And from these data can be drawn conclusions. Indicators of success in this study are: (1). Achieving a stimulus for the physical development of fine motor skills in children through loose parts mesia in Pammase Play Group Early Childhood Education, Mammi Village, Binuang District, Polewali Mandar Regency, (2) The role of educators and students in stimulating the physical development of children's fine motor skills through loose parts media in KB Pammase Mammi Village, Binuang District, Polewali Mandar Regency.
