Abstract

The learning process and learning outcomes of students are not only determined by the school, patterns, structure and content of the curriculum, but are largely determined by the competence of the teachers who teach and guide them. Policies to improve the quality of education and teaching must always be pursued by various parties, both the government and other components involved in the process. Teachers as one of the components of it have a great task and responsibility, because the future of a nation is determined by qualified teachers. What happens in the field at this time is the lack of teacher's ability to develop subject matter, and the teacher's lack of knowledge about the role and responsibilities at school. Pedagogical competence is expected to improve student learning achievement so that students' learning is at an optimal level. The method used is a survey method. Learning achievement can be seen from the learning outcomes of students who tend to be active and diligent in asking questions in class and can be seen in terms of speaking politely to the teacher. Based on the study results, we concluded that the learning outcomes obtained by students arise from changes in overall behavior

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of a project-based learning model using social media YouTube on students' emotional intelligence in learning entrepreneurial themes. This research is a pre-experimental study with a one group pre-test and post-test design. Respondents in this study were 30 grade VI students of SDN 3 Rawaheng. The data obtained is in the form of normalized g-score. The analysis was performed using the T-test one group pre-test and post test. Based on the results of the analysis, there was an increase in the mean value of each aspect of emotional intelligence. The average score of students' intelligence increased from 68.00 to 82.29 with an N-gain of 0.65 and sig * 0.00 <0.05

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis strategi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dengan pendekatan trilogi Ki Hajar Dewantara untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di Kecamatan Kroya. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mendeskripsikan: 1) implementasi strategi kepala sekolah dalam menerapkan konsep trilogi untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di Gugus Jenderal Sudirman, dan 2) faktor pendukung serta penghambat dalam penerapan strategi tersebut. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif, di mana peneliti berperan sebagai instrumen kunci. Subjek penelitian meliputi kepala dan guru SD Negeri di Gugus Jenderal Sudirman, dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi strategi kepala sekolah sangat efektif dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Konsep trilogi diterapkan melalui tiga aspek: a) Ing Ngarso Sung Tulodho—menanamkan disiplin dan tanggung jawab; b) Ing Madya Mangun Karsa—menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang menyenangkan dan evaluasi pembelajaran; c) Tut Wuri Handayani—memberikan sarana dan motivasi bagi guru. Proses perencanaan melibatkan seluruh unsur sekolah dan masyarakat untuk memastikan tanggung jawab bersama. Faktor pendukung meliputi perilaku disiplin dan keteladanan kepala sekolah, sementara penghambat dapat muncul dari kurangnya komitmen. Penelitian merekomendasikan pelaksanaan konsep trilogi secara konsisten oleh kepala sekolah dan guru, serta pengembangan lebih lanjut dari konsep ini sesuai temuan lapangan. Dengan demikian, diharapkan tercipta suasana yang harmonis dan efektif dalam proses pendidikan.
