Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan representasi kesadaran agensi moral mahasiswa pascasarjana UPI pada pengalaman atau fenomena profesi guru. Dalam penelitian ini agensi moral dapat dimaknai pada dua kondisi ganda yang melingkupi guru sebagai figur teladan yang melakukan tindakan profesional secara etis dan sebagai pendidik moral yang mengajarkan nilai-nilai kebajikan kepada siswa agar menjadi manusia yang berkarakter. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan kerangka fenomenologi. Pengumpulan data menggunakan pedoman wawancara yang dirancang dengan mengacu pada struktur pembangun agensi moral yaitu: identitas moral, sensitivitas moral, dan tindakan moral. Partisipan pada penelitian ini adalah lima orang mahasiswa Program Studi Magister Pedagogik Sekolah Pascasarjana UPI. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa para Partisipan memaknai guru secara esensial sebagai pekerjaan yang memiliki tanggung jawab moral, dan guru bertanggung jawab atas masa depan peserta didiknya baik secara khusus maupun umum. Partisipan juga menyatakan bahwa guru adalah pahlawan tanpa tanda jasa, mengabdi pada negeri, dan sebuah kebahagian batin ketika bisa melihat peserta didiknya berprestasi. Melalui pembangunan identitas moral, partisipan mampu menghidupkan sensitivitas moral dengan mengidentifikasi beberapa situasi problematis yang menggejala pada realitas kehidupan guru di sekolah. Oleh karena itu, dengan penuh kesadaran, partisipan mampu melakukan tindakan moral untuk mengemansipasi kehidupan profesi guru menjadi lebih baik. Kata kunci: Agensi moral, fenomenologi, pendidikan karakter, berpikir reflektif, profesi guru. REPRESENTATION OF MORAL AGENCY AWARENESS AS A TEACHER: PHENOMENOLOGICAL STUDY IN POSTGRADUATE STUDENTS IN UNIVERSITAS PENDIDIKAN INDONESIA Abstract: This article aims to describe the representation of the moral awareness of UPI graduate students on the experiences or phenomena of the teacher profession. In this study moral agency can be interpreted in two double conditions which surround the teacher as a role model who takes profesional action ethically and as a moral educator who teaches virtue values to students so that they become human characters. The research uses a qualitative approach with a phenomenological framework. Data collection uses interview guidelines designed with reference to the structure of moral agency building, namely moral identity, moral sensitivity and moral action. Participants in this study were five students of the UPI Postgraduate School's Pedagogic Masters Study Program. The results show that participants interpret the teacher essentially as a job that has moral responsibility, the teacher is responsible for the future of the students specifically and education in general. Participants also stated that being a teacher is an unsung hero, serving the country, and an inner happiness can see their students perform. Through the building of moral identity, participants are able to turn on their moral sensitivity by identifying several problematic situations that affect the reality of the teacher's life at school. So that participants are able to perform moral actions with full awareness to emancipate the profesional life of the teacher for the better. Keywords: Moral agency, phenomenology, character education, reflective thinking, teacher profession

Abstract

The learning process and learning outcomes of students are not only determined by the school, patterns, structure and content of the curriculum, but are largely determined by the competence of the teachers who teach and guide them. Policies to improve the quality of education and teaching must always be pursued by various parties, both the government and other components involved in the process. Teachers as one of the components of it have a great task and responsibility, because the future of a nation is determined by qualified teachers. What happens in the field at this time is the lack of teacher's ability to develop subject matter, and the teacher's lack of knowledge about the role and responsibilities at school. Pedagogical competence is expected to improve student learning achievement so that students' learning is at an optimal level. The method used is a survey method. Learning achievement can be seen from the learning outcomes of students who tend to be active and diligent in asking questions in class and can be seen in terms of speaking politely to the teacher. Based on the study results, we concluded that the learning outcomes obtained by students arise from changes in overall behavior

Abstract

This research motivated by the low learning motivation of students and how educators interact with students. This study aims to increase the learning motivation of students with good and correct educator interactions, utilizing short strength, and methods of educators owned. This research is useful for both educators and students because it can be felt directly by students in learning using educator interactions. In terms of interaction, it can be said to be very good an important role in human interaction, where a good interaction can make a complete human role in terms of relationships and human needs. Interactions can meet emotional needs and affect mental health and services dyne. In this case, humans can learn to interpret the meaning of happiness, love, affection, respect, and even hatred and envy. From communicating humans, we can make a role and a human process that always develops with the man the other. In terms of interaction, it can be said that it plays an important role in terms of human interaction, where a good interaction can make a complete human role in terms of relationships and human needs. Interaction can fill needs emotional god and affects mental health and his body. In this case, humans can learn to interpret the meaning of happiness, love, affection, respect, and even hatred and envy. From communicating humans, it can make a springe and human processes that always develop with other humans.

Abstract

Pendidikan masa usia dini merupakan pendidikan yang sangat penting bagi perkembangan anak, maka diperlukan pendidik yang berkompeten dan profesional dalam mengelola pendidikan dan pembelajaran. Kompetensi pedaogogik merupakan hal wajib yang harus dimiliki oleh pendidik. Melalui penelitian ini peneliti berupaya mengungkap kompetensi pedagogik pendidik anak usia dini di Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah para pendidik PAUD di Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Dari sejumlah partisipan pendidik yang mengisi kuisioner rata-rata skor adalah 74, skor tertinggi 96 dan skor terendah adalah 46. Dengan demikian, secara keseluruhan kompetensi pendidik anak usia dini di Kabupaten Bandung Barat dapat dikategorikan cukup baik. Meski, ada beberapa bagian dari kompetensi pedagogik belum maksimal, terutama dalam hal mengidentifikasi karakteristik dan perkembangan anak usia dini.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find and formulate a pedagogical competency development program for gifted teachers suitable for use in Cugenang Gifted School at the elementary school level. In this study, the authors used qualitative, research methods used were qualitative with case studies. The research subject is the principal and class teachers, in qualitative research the main research instruments are the research itself, data collection techniques, namely interviews, observation, documentation studies, and data triangulation. The results of the study are the competencies of teachers of gifted children can be seen from the results of research on gifted teachers who actively support and diligently support actively in the classroom and can be seen in terms of speaking about the competencies of 10 teacher competencies and pedagogical competencies based on research results, we support that gifted teachers have maximally and special ideal with the needs of gifted children. Keywords: Gifted Children, Pedagogic Competencies, Qualitative

Abstract

Keragaman Agama di bangsa Indonesia menjadi sebuah kekayaan yang unik dari bangsa ini. Indonesia yang majemuk suku, ras, dan agama, memerlukan sikap yang toleransi. Kemajemukan Agama yang beragam memiliki bahaya yang mengancam bagi bangsa ini. Sikap-sikap intoleran sering sekali terjadi. Agama menjadi bagian penting dan vital seiring dengan banyaknya masyarakat yang memiliki sikap fanatisme dengan agamanya yang mengakibatkan retaknya hubungan antar umat beragama di Indonesia. Pemerintah terus mencari solusi dalam menangani masalah-masalah intoleran yang terjadi di Indonesia. Itulah sebabnya moderasi beragama tepat jika diterapkan dalam kehidupan masyarakat yang multicultural ini. Di tahun 2021 melalui Kemendikbud Nadiem membuat Kurikulum Moderasi beragama demi menghapus intoleransi di sekolah.  Moderasi beragama merupakan sebuah solusi dalam menghadapi berbagai perbedaan yang berujung pada intoleransi beragama dan menghadapi banyaknya kelompok-kelompok ekstrem dan fundamental agama. Pemerintah menjadikan sekolah sebagai pusat pengajaran moderasi beragama.  Untuk itu dengan membentuk mahasiswa yang moderat terhadap agamanya pemerintah merasa perlu untuk memasukan kurikulum moderasi beragama  untuk memperkecil adanya orang-orang yang memiliki paham radikalisme terhadap pemeluk agama lain. Dengan memasukkan moderasi beragama di dalam kurikulum Sekolah Tinggi Teologi dapat menanamkan prinsip beragama yang moderat bagi para Mahasiswa. Sehingga dengan adanya kurikulum ini para dosen dapat membimbing mahasiswa agar memiliki karakter yang berkualitas, Sekolah TinggiTeologi menjadi toleran, sehingga menciptakan generasi muda yang menyadari bahwa kebersamaan adalah sumber kekuatan bangsa.

Abstract

Penulisan artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pemahaman guru Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) dalam memahami Asesmen Kompetensi Minimum (AKM). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan jenis penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dan Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data adalah angket menggunakan google form. Tenik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ini bahwa 100% guru mengetahui apa itu asesmen kompetensi minimum, 87,5% guru mengetahui komponen apa saja dari literasi membaca dan numerasi yang akan diukur dalam asesmen kompetensi minimum dan sebanyak 12,5% guru tidak mengetahui, 62,5% yang menyatakan tidak hanya literasi membaca dan numerasi yang diukur pada soal-soal asesmen kompetensi yang menjawab dan 37,5% ya, 25% guru menjawab untuk masing-masing soal literasi membaca dan numerasi yaitu 36 soal dan 75% yaitu 30 soal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan asesmen kompetensi minimum perlu untuk disosialisasikan yang lebih terhadap guru

Abstract

This study reveals the experience and readiness of elementary teachers to carry out online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. Readiness includes technological, technical, and pedagogical readiness. Internet survey research has been conducted on 203 teachers consisting of 50 male teachers and 153 female teachers. The research instrument consists of two parts. The first part consists of 14 items of teacher teaching experience during the pandemic, one item about the obstacles experienced by teachers, 10 items about the devices used by teachers during the pandemic. The second part consists of 30 items on the technological readiness: technical (17 items) and pedagogical (13 items) of teachers to carry out online learning. The results of the study describe various experiences, obstacles, and the use of various devices in carrying out learning during the pandemic. Technological, technical, and pedagogical readiness of teachers tends to be high where the age of the teacher is significantly correlated with teacher readiness. Another finding is that gender is not a significant factor in teacher readiness.

Abstract

Technology has a broad impact in various aspects of life, including major changes in the implementation of education, the demand is that education is able to produce human resources who have high competence, in the 21st century students are required to be able to learn through increasingly advanced and limitless technology. In the 21st century there is a very different process of absorbing information, which in the previous era, science produced advanced technology like today, the current pedagogical challenge is how technology can transfer knowledge to students. The world of education is required to be able to create education that produces complete Indonesian human resources who make a major contribution to building social and economic order in the 21st Century. The purpose of this study is to describe the 21st century information technology that continues to be developed in the world of education to make an educational revolution that uses technology as a source of information. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The sample of this research is residents studying at PKBM Ibun in Bandung Majalaya district with 20 respondents. The results show that 21st century technology can transfer useful information and provide a lot of new knowledge, including skills and learning to innovate; (2) life and career; and (3) information technology and media skills.

Abstract

Education must be able to adapt and develop according to the times. Now we are treading the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, known as the era of digitalization in various sectors of life, including the education sector. The influence that occurs, among others, in digital literacy skills. Smartphone penetration of Indonesia's population is quite large. This service is a development of the research that has been done on critical awareness and pedagogic competence. The pedagogic competence of educators in Indramayu district from the report from the Ministry of Education and Culture is still at a score of 52, and is ranked 20th in Indonesia. This activity is a solution that can be offered. Through the development of critical pedagogic competencies of digital-based educators and the use of big data, it is hoped that an effective education and mentoring can be created. The method of community service through descriptive studies using a qualitative approach by revealing data based on the research formulation questions, namely how to implement critical pedagogics based on digital learning and big data to improve educators' digital literacy? the training system is carried out using an e-course platform. Participants who receive further information register online and log in to access content, discuss with other participants and work on the learning evaluation that has been provided. From the results of these activities, 70% of the 223 participants were able to answer the questions correctly.
