Abstract

This study aims to examine how much influence the quality of human resources and religiosity on employee performance and motivation as moderating variables. This research uses quantitative research using associative approach. The number of samples used in this study were 24 respondents from employees using the saturated sampling method. This study uses a questionnaire that is measured using a Likert scale and the data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis and moderate regression analysis using the SPSS 25 program application. The results of this study indicate that the quality of human resources has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, religiosity has an effect positive and significant impact on employee performance, the quality of human resources and religiosity have a simultaneous effect on employee performance, motivation is able to moderate the relationship between the quality of human resources on employee performance, and motivation is able to moderate the relationship between religiosity on employee performance at Bank Sulselbar Syariah Sengkang Branch.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of quality of work life on deep acting, the effect of quality of work life on employee performance, the effect of deep acting on employee performance, and the effect of quality of work life through deep acting as an intervening variable on the performance of employees who work at Agency Offices. Regional Finance and Revenue Management in Mamuju City. The sample collection technique used is the saturated sample technique. The number of samples used was 116 respondents. The data processing method used in this study uses SPSS software. The results showed that quality of work life has a positive and significant effect on deep acting, quality of work life has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, deep acting has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and quality of work life has a positive and significant effect through deep acting. Abstract

ABSTRACT Information technology can be used to make it easier to carry out activities contained within the company. Information technology can also be used to improve individual performance as a member of a business organization which in aggregate is required to improve the performance of an organization. This research is a quantitative research, with a sample research method of 50 people from PT. ABC Energy, Jeneponto Regency. The sample method used in this study is a saturated sample, where all populations are used as samples in this study. From the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that: it is concluded that Mastery of Information Technology is able to influence the relationship of Knowledge of Information Technology to Employee Performance at PT. Abstract

This research aims to find out the influence of organizational and non-organizational factors on organizational commitment with work discipline as an intervening variable. This research uses quantitative research with an associative approach. The data analysis method used in this research is path analysis. This research was conducted at PT. Gojek Indonesia Cab. Makassar by distributing questionnaires to 130 respondents. Testing the research hypothesis used model testing techniques (path analysis) with the SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) version 26 application tool. The results of this study found that organizational and non-organizational factors had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, organizational factors had a positive effect and significant on organizational commitment partially, non-organizational factors have a positive and insignificant effect on organizational commitment partially, and finally work discipline has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment partially.

Abstract

In Indonesia, there are still many jobs related to the quality of human resources that need to be improved, which currently as many as 55% have low education and limited skills, as evidenced by the World Bank Human Capital Index 2023 report which places Indonesia at 130th out of 199 countries, as well as the EQ ranking which is ranked sixth in ASEAN. In this case, we will assess how far the influence of motivation and leadership style on employee performance through the work environment as a benchmark for assessing the job performance of each employee. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study was 35 people. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire. The data obtained were then processed using SPSS 21. The results of this study indicate that Motivation, Leadership Style and work environment partially do not have a significant effect on employee performance. In addition, the results of the study also show that motivation and leadership style partially have a significant effect on the work environment. As for the results of the study, motivation and leadership style do not have a significant effect on performance with the work environment as an intervening variable

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work ethic, job transfer, and job satisfaction on lecturer performance at the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business, State Islamic University of Alauddin Makassar. The background of this research is the importance of these factors in improving the performance of lecturers in the academic environment. The research was conducted using purposive sampling method, with a sample size of 55 lecturers. Data were collected through questionnaires in accordance with the research objectives. Data analysis used multiple linear regression, T test, F test, and coefficient of determination (R2) test. The results showed that work ethic has a positive and significant effect on lecturer performance, job transfer has a positive and significant effect on lecturer performance, and job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on lecturer performance within the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business. In conclusion, work ethic, job transfer, and job satisfaction have an important role in improving the performance of lecturers at the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business, State Islamic University of Alauddin Makassar. These research applied in Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business, Alauddin State Islamic University Makassar. The sample uses the purposive sampling, that is, sampling based on certain considerations or criteria. All samples of 55 respondents at Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business, Alauddin State Islamic University Makassar. A method of data used is live interview to the many involved in the problem under discussion and give a questionnaire for lecturer according to research conducted. . Data analysis was done using multiple linear regression analysis, test T test, test F test and The coefficient of determination (R2). The results of an analysis of shows that work ethic is a influenced to lecturer performance at Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business, Alauddin State Islamic University Makassar; job transfers is a influenced to lecturer performance at Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business, Alauddin State Islamic University Makassar; job satisfaction is a influenced to lecturer performance at Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business, Alauddin State Islamic University Makassar; and x01, job transfers and job satisfaction is a influenced to lecturer performance atFaculty of Islamic Economics and Business, Alauddin State Islamic University Makassar Keywords: Work ethic, Job transfers, Job satisfaction and Lecturer performance.
