Abstract

Perahu Kelotok merupakan sarana produksi bagi masyarakat komunitas angkutan sungai di Kalimantan Selatan. Komunitas Angkutan Sungai Perahu Kelotok perannya mengantar para wisatawan dalam menikmati keindahan Pasar Terapung dan Pulau Kembang. Tujuan pelaksanaaan Teknologi Bagi Masyarakat ini adalah terbentuknya sistem transportasi, meningkatnya ekonomi Komunitas Angkutan Sungai Perahu Kelotok dan masyarakat sekitar, mempercantik tampilan kelotok, Membuat Website, menambahkan kelengkapan keselamatan penumpang. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini antara lain pelatihan tentang penggunaan smartphone sebagai sarana komunikasi untuk mempromosikan angkutan sungai kelotok dan menerima jasa pengantaran wisatawan, dan pendampingan guna mempromosikan komunitas angkutan sungai perahu kelotok dan wisata sungai melalui halaman website. Hasil pengabdian diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi pada mitra berupa sistem promosi yang mencakup jaringan luas, meningkatkan animo masyarakat baik lokal maupun luar daerah terhadap objek wisata pasar terapung dan pulau kembang, dan juga dapat meningkatkan ekonomi komunitas angkutan sungai perahu kelotok dan masyarakat sekitar kawasan objek wisata. Abstract

New normal as a new way of life in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic whose recovery rate is increasing. New normal is an accelerated step in the handling of Covid-19 in the field of health, social, and economic. Organizing community empowerment program for Warung Soto Banjar Group in The New Normal Period. This activity was held with Soto Rina Group Partners. The purpose of this community service: 1) the use of health protocol; 2) use of masks; 3) the use of sterilized cash; 4) open a soto stall; 5) increase sales; 6) body temperature gauge; 7) keep your distance at Warung Soto Rina. The method used in community service in the Community Empowerment Program scheme is training. This training was facilitated by the Service Team, the pattern applied consisted of: 1) lectures, this model participants were given material about Covid 19 and its way of transmission, new normal, and health protocols in the business place; 2) sharing experience, this model encourages trainees to tell various issues and cases, as well as the settlement strategies used; and 3) discussions, this model is used to stimulate participants to understand and resolve a given case. The results of devotion contribute to the target audience: On-site health protocols are implemented during the new normal period. Sales of Warung Soto Banjar Rina increased.

Abstract

Di masa New Normal telah dilaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat. Penyelenggaraan kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat Upaya Meningkatkan Pendapatan UKM Coffee Shop Pada Masa New Normal Di Kota Banjarmasin. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan Mitra Larry’s Coffee. Permasalahan promosi yang masih kurang, pengunjung yang sedikit, kurang pengetahuan manajemen usaha dan keuangan Mitra Larry’s Coffee. Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah: 1) mengembangkan kegiatan promosi coffee shop; 2) mengembangkan produk; 3) meningkatkan kualitas layanan; 4) memperluas pasar atau pelanggan; 5) membantu manajemen usaha dan keuangan. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian ini berupa pelatihan tentang produk dan kualitas produk, melakukan inovasi produk, protokol kesehatan era new normal, dan penggunaan Web sebagai sarana untuk mempromosikan, cara pemesanan. Hasil pengabdian diharapkan memberikan kontribusi pada khalayak seperti mengembangkan kegiatan promosi coffee shop, mengembangkan produk, meningkatkan kualitas layanan, memperluas pasar atau pelanggan, serta membantu manajemen usaha dan keuangan.

Abstract

Barito Kuala Regency is an orange-producing center in South Kalimantan. This Banjar Siamese orange (Citrus reticulata) tastes sweet and sour fresh and many people, especially in South Kalimantan, love this orange. As one of the horticultural commodities that is one of the main sources in improving the economy of its citizens and has high economic value and makes a great contribution to the national economy. The Siamese orange that is most developed by farmers is Siamese orange. This is because Siamese oranges have ease of care and oranges are produced more and fresher. The partners of this PKM activity are the Citrus Farmer Partners of Sungai Gampa Asahi Village, Rantau Badauh District, Barito Kuala Regency. The problems faced by partners are limited farmer capital, direct citrus marketing to collectors/middlemen, and marketing is not yet online. The solutions offered consist of limited farmer capital, direct marketing of citrus to collectors/middlemen, and marketing that has not yet been marketed online using social media. The method of implementing this service is in the form of training on capital management, studies on crop marketing and marketing using social/online media. Community Empowerment Program service activities have been carried out well. Partners feel very helped by the PPM activities carried out because they can synergize with partners as orange farmers. In this activity, assistance was handed over in the form of agricultural support equipment to the Gampa Asahi River Village Orange Farmer Partners. in the form of FALCON Lawn Mower - Brush Cutter FC – 328.
