Abstract

Tujuan penelitian mengetahui pengaruh secara simultan, parsial dan dimensi dominan kualitas layanan M Banking (kenyamanan, keamanan, kemudahan, desain, sistem aplikasi) terhadap kepuasan nasabah pada Bank Syariah Indonesia Cabang Banjarmasin. Objek dari penelitian ini adalah kualitas layanan M Banking dan kepuasan nasabah pada Bank Syariah Indonesia Cabang Banjarmasin. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah nasabah pengguna Mobile banking BSI di Kota Banjarmasin. Responden sebesar 164 orang. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan Regresi Linear Berganda. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kualitas pelayanan (kenyamanan, keamanan, kemudahan, desain dan sistem aplikasi) secara secara simultan terhadap kepuasan nasabah pada Bank Syariah Indonesia Cabang Banjarmasin. Kenyamanan, keamanan dan desain layanan m banking berpengaruh positif secara parsial namun tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah. Sedangkan kemudahan dan sistem aplikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Dimensi yang paling dominan yang berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan nasabah pada Bank Syariah Indonesia Cabang Banjarmasin adalah kemudahan layanan dalam penggunaan m banking

Abstract

This study focuses on the psychosocial and academic impacts experienced by high school students as victims of cyberbullying. The main objective of this study is to identify the forms of digital bullying experienced by students and explore the emotional and social responses that arise as a result of the incident. Using a qualitative approach with a case study method, data were collected through in-depth interviews with five students who were victims of cyberbullying, direct observation in the school environment, and supporting documentation. The results of the study showed that all respondents experienced psychological stress such as deep shame, excessive anxiety, and fear in social interactions, both online and offline. In addition, cyberbullying also has an impact on decreased concentration in learning, academic achievement, and reluctance to participate in school activities. The variation in social support received by victims also shows a significant gap in the student assistance and protection system at school. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of collaborative interventions between schools, families, and digital communities to build a comprehensive detection, assistance, and recovery system for victims of cyberbullying. This study also recommends strengthening digital literacy and legal education as part of a long-term preventive strategy.

Abstract

E-learning is learning using Internet media. Acceptance of E-learning at the Business Administration Department, State Polytechnic of Banjarmasin, is measured by the Technology Acceptance Model method. This research is descriptive and verification research. The sample is 171 people. The data analysis technique uses the Structural Equation Model. The study results show that perceived ease of use does not affect behavioral intention to use technology but attitudes toward using technology. Perceived enjoyment influences attitude towards using technology. Behavioral intention to use technology affects actual technology use but does not affect satisfaction. Attitude towards using technology affects actual technology use. Actual technology use affects satisfaction. The variables with the greatest direct effect are perceived enjoyment on attitude towards using technology, perceived ease of use on behavioral intention to use technology, attitude towards using technology on actual technology use, and actual technology use on satisfaction. The variables with the greatest total effect are perceived enjoyment on attitude, perceived ease of use on behavioral intention to use technology, attitude on actual technology use, and perceived enjoyment on satisfaction

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan peningkatan kualitas hasil belajar dan belajar menulis puisi pada siswa kelas VIII D SMP Sunan Giri Menganti dengan menggunakan metode mind mapping. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Classroom Action Research dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, catatan lapangan, kuesioner, dan analisis dokumen. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif komparatif dan analisis kritis. Proses penelitian dilakukan dalam dua siklus dengan empat tahap dalam setiap siklus. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) metode pemetaan pikiran dapat meningkatkan kualitas belajar menulis puisi. Hal ini terlihat dari peningkatan ke aktif, perhatian, konsentrasi, antusiasme dan keseriusan siswa dalam belajar (2) dengan menggunakan metode mind mapping keterampilan menulis puisi siswa dapat ditingkatkan. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan peningkatan nilai rata-rata penulisan puisi siswa. Skor rata-rata siswa yang menulis puisi dalam pra-aksi adalah 15,04 dan tingkat kelengkapan klasik adalah 43%. Pada siklus pertama meningkat menjadi 19,14 dan kelengkapan klasik adalah 67,8%. Pada siklus kedua meningkat menjadi 20,54 dan 85,7% kelengkapan klasik.
