Abstract

  Jerami padi dan daun mangkokan mengandung berbagai komponen senyawa dan nutrisi yang bermanfaat untuk kesehatan dan kecantikan rambut yang dapat dijadikan sebagai hair tonic perawatan rambut untuk mengurangi kerontokan rambut. Tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk mengetahui validitas dan kelayakan hair tonic jerami padi dan daun mangkokan untuk mengurangi kerontokan rambut. Metode penelitian menggunakan jenis penelitian eksperimen pretest dan posttest group design. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan deskriptif persentase. Hasil penelitian validitas produk mendapatkan nilai 94,7% ?sangat valid?. Hasil uji inderawi mendapatkan nilai 94,7% ?sangat layak?, uji kesukaan mendapatkan nilai 93,3% sangat disukai responden, uji klinis dinyatakan ?layak? dibuktikan adanya perubahan kerontokan rambut responden sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan hair tonic jerami padi daun mangkokan 25% dari hasil nilai sebelum perlakuan dan setelah perlakuan. Simpulan hair tonic jerami padi dan daun mangkokan dinyatakan valid berdasarkan hasil uji validator, dan dinyatakan layak berdasarkan hasil uji inderawi, uji kesukaan, dan uji klinis. Saran untuk peneliti lain yang ingin melanjutkan penelitian ini, peneliti berharap keterbatasan pada penelitian ini dapat diatasi. Abstract

This article presents a case study of language acculturation particularly code-switching which emerges in Madurist community in Menduro, Jombang, East Java. The purpose of conducting this study was to portray the phenomenon of switching more than two languages and factors influencing it within the community to show the variety of Indonesian unique culture. To gain the data, interview was carried out and the recording script was elaborated. Based on the result, it was found that Madurist code-switch the languages of their mother tongue (Madurese), region based (Javanese) and national language (Bahasa Indonesia). The factors were marriage and trade.

Abstract

The digital transformation has fundamentally reshaped educational supervision, shifting it from conventional inspection-oriented practices to a more collaborative, reflective, and data-driven model. This article aims to analyze the conceptual reconstruction of educational supervision in the digital era, outline its strategic objectives, and examine its implications for teacher professionalism. Employing a library research approach, the study synthesizes insights from approximately 20 national and international journal articles, scholarly books, and official reports related to educational digitalization. The findings reveal three major paradigm shifts: the emergence of data-driven supervision, the strengthening of collaborative and reflective professional cultures, and the development of continuous supervision supported by technological integration. Relevant supervision models include data-driven supervision, e-supervision, and reflective–collaborative–appreciative supervision, all of which collectively enhance teachers’ digital pedagogical competence, reflective capacity, and culture of innovation. Despite these opportunities, digital supervision faces challenges such as uneven digital literacy, technological infrastructure gaps, and limited digital leadership capacity among school leaders. This article concludes that successful implementation of digital supervision requires a digitally ready school ecosystem and visionary leadership, positioning digital supervision as a key driver of teacher professionalism in the era of Education 4.0 and 5.0.
