Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh seorang anak tunagrahita kategori sedang yang belum mampu memakai pakaian khususnya pakaian berkancing secara mandiri . Orang di sekitar anak yaitu orang tua dan guru terbiasa untuk memberikan bantuan saat melihat anak tidak bisa melakukannya. Hal ini menyebabkan anak kurang mampu mengembangkan keterampilan bina diri secara optimal. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan menggunakan single subject design dengan desain A-B. Adapun metode yang digunakan untuk mengajarkan berpakaian pada anak tunagrahita yaitu dengan intervensi modifikasi perilaku backward chaining yang melibatkan empat langkah sederhana memakai pakaian berkancing. Keberhasilan dari pemberian metode ini dilihat dari perubahan perilaku yang ditunjukkan anak sebelum diberikan intervensi(fase baseline) dengan saat dijalankannya/ setelah intervensi (fase treatment dan follow up). Hasil yang didapatkan menunjukkan bahwa metode backward chaining dapat meningkatkan keterampilan berpakaian anak tunagrahita kategori sedang. Orang tua dan guru dari anak tunagrahita juga memberikan kesempatan pada anak untuk memakai pakaian secara mandiri dengan dibantu oleh pemberian petunjuk (prompt) dan penguatan positif.

Abstract

One of the daily living skills that is less acquired by the intellectually disabled children is dressing skill. Mother of the intellectually disabled children very often assist them to put on their dresses. Their mothers are often reluctant to train them to put on their attires appropriately by themselves due to the lack of information on the ways to train appropriate dressing. The objective of this study was to validate guide book AMAN (Anak MAndiri berpakaiaN), which was aimed to be used by mothers to train the self dressing skill to their intellectually disabled children. The validating process of the book was done by applying content validity test by involving 7 expert panelists who scored the contents of the guide book. The implementation of this guide book was studied using quasi experiment method with one group pretest-posttest design involving 15 subjects. The findings indicated that the guide book AMAN has a significant content validity with V values ranging from 0.71 to 0.91 on each aspect of its content. The guide book AMAN potentially increased the parents’ knowledge in training dressing skills to intellectually disabled children with z value of -3.205 (p < 0.05).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara antara fanatisme dengan perilaku konsumtif penggemar BTS di Medan. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah penggemar BTS di Medan dengan populasi 100 orang dan sample yang digunakan sebanyak 100 orang. Metode penelitian pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif korelasional dimana penelitian kuantitatif korelasional adalah penelitian dengan menggunakan metode statistic yang mengukur hubungan antara dua variabel atau lebih. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Korelasi-Product Moment. Berdasarkan perhitungan analisis r Product Moment dengan nilai atau koefisien (rxy ) : 0,690 dan koefisien (r2.) : 0,476 dengan p : 0,000 0,05. Hasil ini menunjukkan hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini diterima, yaitu ada hubungan antara Fanatisme dengan Perilaku Konsumtif. Fanatisme berkontribusi terhadap perilaku konsumtif sebesar 47,6%. Dari hasil ini diketahui bahwa masih terdapat 52,4% dari faktor lain dari perilaku konsumtif yang tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian dan tidak terlihat dalam penelitian ini. Bahwa penggemar BTS memiliki fanatisme  yang tergolong tinggi dengan mean empiric : 228,31 mean hipotetik : 180 dimana selisi kedua mean melebihi bilangan SD : 35,904 dan Perilaku Konsumtif tergolong sedang dengan mean empiric : 75,32 = mean hipotetik : 75 dimana selisih kedua mean melebihi bilangan SD : 15,270.

Abstract

This research was based on an early childhood who showed non-compliance behavior when participating in learning activities at school. The child often avoids instructions or rules given by the teacher and chooses to do activities that are different from the activities in which he is supposed to participate. The child preferred to play alone instead of doing the tasks that the teacher gives. The inconsistency of the application of regulations at school and home makes child confused and uncomfortable so this can form behavior that does not comply with the rules. This research is an experimental study using a single-subject design with reference to pre-test and post-test measurements of the interventions provided. The interventions given to child use a behavioral approach, namely by using the least to most prompting. Based on the results of the study, it was found that there were changes in behavior shown by child before and after carrying out the least to most prompting procedures. The child have begun to follow the instructions given by the teacher and follow learning activities consistently after being given interventions in the form of least to most prompting.

Abstract

Special teachers face various kinds of children with special needs, such as down syndrome, autism, and other emotional disabilities, causing teachers to experience chronic fatigue and stress. Teachers who teaching students with emotional disorders showed higher fatigue than those teaching students with intellectual disorders. The causes of educator stress in general are problems related to personal and classroom environment such as high workload and poor teaching conditions which trigger to low self-efficacy. Teachers with low self-efficacy show a greater tendency to leave work than teachers with higher self-efficacy. Educators with low self-efficacy influence enhance work stress level. This research aims ti study the effect of self efficacy on work stres in special education teacher. This research used quantitative approach with survey collecting data. The participants in this study were 84 special teachers from three special need schools. 87% female and 13% male teachers. The average age of teachers is 31 years old. Range of the tenure from 1- 27 years with an average of 21 years. The researcher collected data twice, work stress and self-efficacy scale in different time. Data analysis used regression analysis. The results showed a negative and significant effect of self-efficacy on job stress (b = -.39; p <.01) thus research hypotheses is accepted. Self-efficacy is important because it plays a role in how individuals understand themselves and believe in something that may and may not be achieved in their life.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the differences in persistence in terms of the type of mindset in students of the Faculty of Psychology, University of Medan Area Class of 2019 who are compiling thesis. Quantitative research method with different test approach. The sample in the study was 77 2019 students who were taken from the results of screening research data. The persistence scale was prepared using the Likert scale method and the mindset using the Gutmann scale method. Based on the calculation results from the Test Analysis, it is known that there are differences in persistence in terms of student mindset. This result is known by looking at the value or coefficient of difference with the coefficient T = 19,741 with p = 0,000 0.050. Based on these results, it means that the hypothesis proposed which says there is persistence in terms of the student's mindset, is declared accepted. Based on the results of the mean test, it can be concluded that the persistence of the growth mindset is higher with a hypothetical mean value of 120 and an empirical mean of 138.06. the persistence of the fixed mindset is low with a hypothetical mean value of 120 and an empirical mean of 81.24.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effectiveness of using counseling and training with a cognitive-behavioral approach to improve students' social skills. Social skills refer to an individual's ability to cooperate, display assertive behavior, take responsibility, show empathy, and exhibit self-control in social environments. Meanwhile, counseling and training using a cognitive-behavioral approach focus on the relationship between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to help individuals change maladaptive thinking and behavioral patterns when facing problems. The sample in this study was a high school student. This research used a quasi-experimental method with a single-subject design using an A-B design. This approach was used to see changes in the individual's behavior before and after the intervention was given. The results of the study showed that counseling and training with a cognitive-behavioral approach could improve social skills. After undergoing the intervention, the student was able to demonstrate adaptive behavior in social environments. Keterampilan sosial merupakan kemampuan individu dalam bekerja sama, menunjukkan perilaku asertif, bertanggung jawab, menunjukkan empati dan menunjukkan kontrol diri saat berada di lingkungan sosial. Sementara konseling dan pelatihan dengan pendekatan kognitif keperilakuan merupakan konseling dan pelatihan yang memiliki fokus pada hubungan antara pikiran, perasaan dan perilaku untuk membantu individu mengubah pola pikir dan perilaku yang maladaptif saat menghadapi masalah. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu seorang siswa di Sekolah Menengah Atas. Adapun penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian quasi eksperimental dengan menggunakan single subject design dengan desain A-B. Penelitian ini digunakan untuk melihat perubahan perilaku yang ditunjukkan individu sebelum dan sesudah diberikannya intervensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan menggunakan konseling dan pelatihan dengan pendekatan kognitif keperilakuan dapat meningkatkan keterampilan sosial. Setelah menjalankan intervensi, siswa dapat menunjukkan perilaku yang adaptif di dalam lingkungan sosialnya.

Abstract

Perkembangan kosmetik makeuplokal saat ini mengalami peningkatan pesat serta semakin diminati oleh konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat peran influencer endorsementterhadap minat beli konsumen pada produk kosmetik makeuplokal di tiktok shop. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan jumlah populasi penelitian ini adalah 104 orang.Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis uji regresi linier. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa influencer endorsementmemiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli, sebesar 61,3%. Influencermemiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan minat beli produk kosmetik makeuplokal melalui media sosial tiktok. Kemudahan berbelanja melalui tiktok shopjuga semakin memperkuat minat beli konsumen, terutama jika disertai dengan ulasan positif dari influencer.
