Abstract

Pemberian otonomi daerah seluas-luasnya berarti pemberian kewenangan dan keleluasaan (diskreksi) kepada daerah untuk mengelola dan memanfaatkan sumber daya daerah secara optimal. Agar tidak terjadi penyimpangan dan penyelewengan, pemberian wewenang dan keleluasaan yang luas tersebut harus diikuti dengan pengawasan yang kuat.Meskipun titik berat otonomi diletakkan pada tingkat Kabupaten/Kota,namun secara esensi sebenarnya kemandirian tersebut harus dimulai dari level pemerintahan di tingkat paling bawah, yaitu Desa. Selama ini, pembangunan desa masih banyak bergantung dari pendapatan asli desa dan swadaya masyarakat yang jumlah maupun sifatnya tidak dapat diprediksi. Pengelolaan Keuangan Desa tidak hanya menyangkut perlunya peraturan pendukungnya dan sarana-prasarana, namun yang paling penting adalah dimilikinya SDM yang memiliki kompetensi dan komitmen yang dapat diandalkan. Kita sadari bahwa aparat desa yang ada saat ini sebagian besar memiliki tingkat pendidikan yang relatif rendah.Untuk itu maka pedoman ini perlu dibuat agar dapat digunakan sebagai langkah untuk mempermudah pengelolaan akuntansi dari keuangan desa sehingga nantinya dapat di pertanggung jawabkan secara benar.Pedoman ini berusaha untuk memberikan pemahaman terhadap pengelolaan keuangan desa dengan cara yang mudah sehingga tidak akan membuat ketakutan bagi siapapun untuk dapat mempertanggungjawabkan pengelolaan Keuangan Desa dengan baik. Berdasarkan persepsi Aparat Desa Dikantor Desa Jombok Kecamatan Ngantang Kabupaten Malang menjelaskan: ?Kantor Desa Jombok dalam pembuatan Laporan Keuangan Desa telah menggunakan Akuntansi ,dengan adanya Akuntansi sangat memberi kemudahan kepada aparat desa mulai dari perencanaan, pencatatan Hal ini bisa meningkatkan akuntabilitas publik, partisipasi masyarakat dan transparansi pengelolaan dana desa.

Abstract

The condition of young people in Papua's mountains, Walesi District, especially in Apenas Village, is that they are currently more involved in technology, they spend more time on social media, and spend a lot of time hanging out and drinking, they rarely help their parents work in the garden. So the sources of basic food ingredients in Papua are starting to decrease because those who work a lot and spend their time in the fields or gardens are older people (pace and mace) whose energy or strength is weak or unproductive (no longer strong). Socialization and assistance regarding the concept of empowering young people to encourage regeneration in the agricultural sector is very important to increase young people's awareness of how important the agricultural sector is in everyday life. This service activity aims to provide understanding to young children of the current generation about the importance of the agricultural sector. The implementation method is socialization where the concept is to deliver material and provide direct practice to young people in the location by planting strawberries which are local potential in the area. The output of the results of this activity is that young people's awareness is starting to emerge, namely about the factors causing the decline in agricultural production in the village due to the lack of more productive workers, therefore young people are needed whose workers are still productive in the agricultural sector to increase production results in the area. If you only rely on parents to manage the farm, their energy will be lacking so that agricultural results will be hampered, that is, the results will definitely decrease, therefore this service provides a solution for young people to realize that they are an asset for the agricultural sector in Apenas Village, Walesi District. Abstract

The activity of sharing onion gardening and collective planting in Walelagama Village, Jayawijaya Regency, is an initiative aimed at enhancing food security and empowering the local community. This event aims to enhance residents' knowledge and skills in cultivating onions effectively and sustainably, while also encouraging active participation in collective planting efforts. Through training, demonstrations of best practices, and community collaboration, it is hoped that a broader culture of planting will be established and agricultural productivity in the area will increase. This activity also supports efforts to conserve natural resources and improve the welfare of the local community. The results of this activity show increased interest and capability among residents in onion cultivation, as well as the creation of community solidarity in maintaining sustainable agriculture in Walelagama Village.
